nice
Filme bem feito. Inclusive competente como uma falsificação histórica anticomunista que mostra a América como terra da liberdade na mesma época em que os negros sofriam uma racismo abjeto e violento na "terra da liberdade". Trump, hoje, só desmascarou essa hipocrisia americana – ele abre o jogo de um império hipócrita que massacrou e massacra outros povos e países. Só que esse império está em decadência inevitável. Uma pena que nessa crise a América leve para o túmulo milhares de crianças, como a criança que aparece no filme ameaçada pelos "cruéis comunistas". Quantas crianças palestinas da idade da criança do filme estão sendo assassinadas neste momento pelo estado fascista de Israel com apoio dos amantes da liberdade? Quantas estão com seus membros amputados, quanta barbárie Trump, Biden e Netanyahu cometeram com múlheres, crianças, médicos e jornalistas como os personagens deste belo filme. Gostei do filme, como sempre vocês gringos são talentosos na sétima arte. Parabéns, mas deixem em paz os povos e as crianças do mundo. Uma ótima semana para todos vocês;
Italianooooooooooooooooooo👍
Thank you for this great movie. I always like Dana Andrews, and have never heard of this one. Looking forward to it after work 😍
👍👍👍
A good movie. Dana Andrews was a very underrated actor. As far as I know he never received an award or nomination for his wonderful acting.
Mr. Sanders was very suave. That seems to have vanished completely.
Yikes, TOO MANY COMMERCIALS – sorry, would’ve been a good movie!
Jean Louis was the costume designer for this film. He had a spectacular eye for fashion and was highly regarded at the time.
5:05 A French policeman would not ask for "votre papier" (singular) but always for "vos papiers s'il vous plaît" (plural). As at 6:35… Ah Hollywood and languages…. Notice: this movie was made before the Hungarian uprise, which was repressed brutally in 1956. We're at the height of the Cold War here, McCarthy is causing havoc in America as a real opportunistic attention seeker…. Where did I recently see something similar, help me out….
