\/>\n50gr blueberries<br \/>\n100gr pitted dates<br \/>\n100gr oat<br \/>\n2 soup spoons walnut<br \/>\n1 soup spoon linseeds<br \/>\nA handful of pumpkin seeds<\/p>\n<p>Method:<br \/>\nWe add all the ingredients except the pumpkin seeds in a blender and blend well until unification.<br \/>\nWe add then the pumpkin seeds and mix well manually.<br \/>\nWe add our mixture in a rectangular small pan, in which we have added parchment paper, we level it and bake in a preheated oven in 170 degrees for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>We take it out of the oven and we cut in 6 pieces &#8211; bars and we let it
