need,<br \/>\n3 mugs boiled water <\/p>\n<p>2 mugs sugar <\/p>\n<p>2 cinnamon sticks <\/p>\n<p>2 mugs plain flour sieved <\/p>\n<p>1 mug sun flower oil <\/p>\n<p>Cinnamon for garnishing  <\/p>\n<p>Method: <\/p>\n<p>We add into the water the sugar and the cinnamon sticks and when it gets to the boil we leave it for 2-3 minutes and then we take it off the hob. <\/p>\n<p>We add in another pan the flour and the sunflower oil and we mix until nice and brown.  <\/p>\n<p>We then add some cinnamon powder for more taste and then we mix and gradually we add the syrup. <\/p>\n<p>When all the syrup is in and is nice and fluffy we are ready to serve it. <\/p>\n<p>We serve it either in pieces like little cookies or we place it in a cake form and present it as a cake. <\/p>\n<p>We
