flour from corn<\/p>\n<p>Method:<\/p>\n<p>In a pan we heat up 100gr of butter and at the same time in a bowl we mix the water with the corn flour to make a butter smooth and even.<\/p>\n<p>When the butter in the pan starts frothing, we add the batter and we mix well to make it a nice elastic mixture.<br \/>\nWe empty the pan in a platter and then in the same pan we add 40gr of butter and let it come close to burning.<br \/>\nWe open a hole in the middle of our mixture, and we empty the butter in there.<\/p>\n<p>We serve it hot and we take spoonfuls of butter and our mixture.<\/p>\n<p>A super
