recipe<\/p>\n<p>We will need:<br \/>\nA packet of tagliatelle boiled couple minutes less than the packet indicates<br \/>\n250gr mozzarella grated<br \/>\n200gr Pummaro tomato<br \/>\nA pinch of basil<br \/>\nA bit of olive oil<br \/>\nA bit of water<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>Method:<br \/>\nIn a pan we add some olive oil and the pummaro and we stir well.<br \/>\nThen we add the basil a bit of water salt and pepper and we leave it to come to the boil and then we leave 1-2 minutes before we take it off.<\/p>\n<p>In a Pyrex, we add half of the pasta and then on top we spread 1\/3 of the ham, 1\/3 of the cheese and 1\/3 of the sauce.<br \/>\nThen we add the rest of the pasta and the rest of the ham, mozzarella and sauce on top.<br \/>\nWe bake in a pre heated oven in 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes depending on the oven.
