Cartofii moi \u0219i aromati, umplu\u021bi cu un amestec cremos de cascaval \u0219i spanac, vor face ca toat\u0103 lumea s\u0103 cear\u0103 re\u021beta.<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente:<br \/>\n&#8211; 80 g unt moale<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 ml ulei de m\u0103sline<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 cartofi<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 g sare<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 g piper negru<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cepe<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 g ca\u0219caval<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 g sare<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 g piper negru<br \/>\n&#8211; 20 g unt moale<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 g spanac<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 ro\u0219ii<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 bile de mozzarella<br \/>\n&#8211; 30 ml sos balsamic<br \/>\n&#8211; 60 g sos pesto<br \/>\n&#8211; 60 g miez de nuci<\/p>\n<p>Instruc\u021biuni:<br \/>\n1. Pre\u00eenc\u0103lzi\u021bi cuptorul la 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\n2. Sp\u0103la\u021bi cartofii \u0219i t\u0103ia\u021bi-le capacul. Scoate\u021bi partea interioar\u0103 cu o lingur\u0103 \u0219i a\u0219eza\u021bi cartofii \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 tapetat\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt.<br \/>\n3. \u00centr-un castron, amesteca\u021bi untul, uleiul de m\u0103sline, sarea \u0219i piperul. Folosi\u021bi acest amestec pentru a unge cartofii pe exterior \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi-i la cuptor pentru 40-45 de minute.<br \/>\n4. \u00centr-o tigaie, c\u0103li\u021bi ceapa t\u0103iat\u0103 m\u0103runt \u00een unt moale. Ad\u0103uga\u021bi spanacul tocat \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi-le s\u0103 se c\u0103leasc\u0103 pentru c\u00e2teva minute.<br \/>\n5. Se adaug\u0103 ca\u0219cavalul ras, sare \u0219i piper, amestec\u00e2ndu-se p\u00e2n\u0103 se tope\u0219te.<br \/>\n6. Scoate\u021bi cartofii din cuptor \u0219i umple\u021bi-i cu amestecul de cascaval \u0219i spanac.<br \/>\n7. Ad\u0103uga\u021bi c\u00e2te o felie de ro\u0219ie \u0219i o bucat\u0103 de mozzarella pe fiecare cartof umplut.<br \/>\n8. L\u0103sa\u021bi cartofii la cuptor pentru \u00eenc\u0103 10-15 minute sau p\u00e2n\u0103 se tope\u0219te mozzarella si ro\u0219iile devin moi.<br \/>\n9. Servi\u021bi cartofii umplu\u021bi cu sos balsamic, sos pesto \u0219i miez de nuci.<\/p>\n<p>Cu aceast\u0103 re\u021bet\u0103 simpl\u0103 \u0219i rafinat\u0103, ve\u021bi cuceri inimile tuturor celor care o \u00eencerc\u0103!
