Aceste branzoaice moi si pufoase, cu umplutura generoasa de branza sarata, sunt delicioase si pot fi pregatite cu usurinta in propria bucatarie.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a pregati aceasta reteta, aveti nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g faina<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ou<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 g drojdie<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 lingurita sare<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 lingurita zahar<br \/>\n&#8211; 250-270 ml lapte caldut sau apa<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 lingura cu varf de unt sau 50 ml de ulei<br \/>\n&#8211; 400 g de telemea sau branza framantata<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ou<br \/>\n&#8211; optional: piper<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ou batut cu 1 lingura de lapte pentru decor<br \/>\n&#8211; mac sau susan<\/p>\n<p>Instructiunile pentru prepararea acestor delicioase poale-n brau sunt urmatoarele:<br \/>\n1. Incepeti prin a pregati aluatul, combinand faina, drojdia, oul, sarea, zaharul si laptele intr-un bol. Framantati bine pana obtineti un aluat omogen.<br \/>\n2. Adaugati untul sau uleiul si continuati framantarea pana cand aluatul devine elastic.<br \/>\n3. Lasati aluatul la dospit pana isi dubleaza volumul.<br \/>\n4. Intre timp, pregatiti umplutura amestecand branza sarata cu oul si piperul, daca doriti.<br \/>\n5. Intindeti aluatul si impartiti-l in bucati egale, apoi puneti umplutura si inchideti branzoaicele.<br \/>\n6. Lasati-le la dospit pentru inca cateva minute.<br \/>\n7. Ungeti branzoaicele cu ou batut cu lapte si presarati mac sau susan deasupra.<br \/>\n8. Coaceti branzoaicele in cuptorul preincalzit pana devin aurii si pufoase.<\/p>\n<p>Aceste poale-n brau cu branza sarata sunt perfecte pentru micul dejun sau pentru o gustare delicioasa.
