Ast\u0103zi v\u0103 prezent\u0103m o re\u021bet\u0103 simpl\u0103 \u0219i gustoas\u0103 intitulat\u0103 &#8220;Ce-am f\u0103cut din cartofi \u0219i carne tocata e nebunie curat\u0103!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente necesare:<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 kg cartofi<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 g condimente pentru carne<br \/>\n&#8211; 7 g ierburi de Provence<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 g piper negru<br \/>\n&#8211; 15 ml ulei<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cepe<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g carne tocat\u0103<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 g condimente pentru carne<br \/>\n&#8211; 400 g iaurt<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 c\u0103\u021bei de usturoi<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 g m\u0103rar<br \/>\n&#8211; 15 ml suc de l\u0103m\u00e2ie<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 ml ulei de m\u0103sline<br \/>\n&#8211; 5 ml o\u021bet<br \/>\n&#8211; 5 g sare<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 g piper negru<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 castravete<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 ou\u0103<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 g sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103<br \/>\n&#8211; 20 g f\u0103in\u0103<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 ml lapte<\/p>\n<p>Mod de preparare:<br \/>\n1. Se cur\u0103\u021b\u0103 cartofii \u0219i se fierb \u00een ap\u0103 cu sare p\u00e2n\u0103 devin moi. Se scurg \u0219i se las\u0103 s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103.<br \/>\n2. \u00centre timp, se c\u0103lesc ceapa t\u0103iat\u0103 m\u0103runt \u00een ulei p\u00e2n\u0103 devine sticloas\u0103, apoi se adaug\u0103 carnea tocat\u0103 \u0219i condimentele pentru carne.
