Astfel, suntem trei familii care colabor\u0103m pentru a ne bucura de preparate delicioase pe tot parcursul iernii. \u00cen luna noiembrie, ne adun\u0103m pentru pomana de 1 an a soacrei, iar anul viitor, vom s\u0103rb\u0103tori \u0219i pomana socrului, unde s\u0103rm\u0103lu\u021bele nu vor lipsi.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientele necesare<\/h4>\n<p>Pentru a preg\u0103ti varza la murat, ve\u021bi avea nevoie de urm\u0103toarele ingrediente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Varz\u0103<\/strong> (aproximativ 95 kg)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sare de mur\u0103turi, neiodat\u0103<\/strong>: 1 lingur\u0103 cu v\u00e2rf (35-40g) la 1 l de ap\u0103<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sfecl\u0103 ro\u0219ie<\/strong> (3 buc\u0103\u021bi) \u2013 un ingredient tradi\u021bional \u00een re\u021beta noastr\u0103<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gutui, mere \u0219i porumb<\/strong> pentru un plus de arom\u0103<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cimbru, busuioc \u0219i m\u0103rar uscat<\/strong> pentru condimentare<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hrean<\/strong> \u2013 esen\u021bial \u00een orice mur\u0103tur\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Instruc\u021biuni<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Preg\u0103tirea butoiului<\/strong>: Asigura\u021bi-v\u0103 c\u0103 butoiul este curat \u0219i preg\u0103tit pentru a primi varza.
