Aluatul nostru se prepar\u0103 u\u0219or, \u00een doar dou\u0103 etape \u0219i trei mi\u0219c\u0103ri, folosind lapte b\u0103tut. \u00cen plus, este suficient pentru o tav\u0103 mare de pl\u0103cint\u0103, perfecta pentru \u00eentreaga familie. Iat\u0103 cum s\u0103 \u00eel preg\u0103ti\u021bi!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingrediente (16 por\u021bii)<\/h3>\n<h4>Pentru aluat:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pahar de lapte b\u0103tut (250 g)<\/li>\n<li>1 pahar de ulei sau unt topit (200 g)<\/li>\n<li>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 ras\u0103 de sare (3 g)<\/li>\n<li>1 plic de zah\u0103r vanilat<\/li>\n<li>1 g\u0103lbenu\u0219<\/li>\n<li>Esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie<\/li>\n<li>1 plic de praf de copt (10 g)<\/li>\n<li>F\u0103in\u0103 000, c\u00e2t cuprinde (~500-550 g)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pentru umplutur\u0103:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 kg de mere dulci-acri\u0219oare<\/li>\n<li>100 g de unt gras<\/li>\n<li>1 pahar de zah\u0103r (200 g)<\/li>\n<li>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 de pudr\u0103 de scor\u021bi\u0219oar\u0103 (sau dup\u0103 gust)<\/li>\n<li>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 ras\u0103 de pudr\u0103 de ghimbir<\/li>\n<li>1 fiol\u0103 de esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instruc\u021biuni<\/h3>\n<h4>Prepararea umpluturii:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>R\u00e2\u0219ni\u021bi merele<\/strong>: Folosi\u021bi o r\u0103z\u0103toare cu ochiuri mari pentru a da merele pe r\u0103z\u0103toare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C\u0103li\u021bi merele<\/strong>: \u00centr-un vas mare, topi\u021bi untul pe foc mediu.
