Pr\u0103jitura Albinita de post<\/h1>\n<p>\u00ce\u021bi propunem ast\u0103zi o re\u021bet\u0103 delicioas\u0103 \u0219i u\u0219or de preparat: Foi de pr\u0103jitur\u0103 cu miere, care nu con\u021bine ou\u0103 \u0219i lactate, perfect\u0103 pentru perioada de post! Aceast\u0103 pr\u0103jitur\u0103, cunoscut\u0103 \u0219i sub numele de Albinita, este un desert care va \u00eenc\u00e2nta at\u00e2t vegetarienii, c\u00e2t \u0219i cei care \u021bin post. Haide\u021bi s\u0103 vedem cum o putem realiza!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingrediente pentru foi cu miere:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>160 g miere<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>120 g zah\u0103r<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>120 g ulei<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>8 g bicarbonat de sodiu<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>160 ml lapte vegetal (sau ap\u0103 mineral\u0103)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 fiole esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie (4 ml)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>500-550 g f\u0103in\u0103 000 (aproximativ)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ingrediente pentru crem\u0103:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>900 ml lapte vegetal<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>200 g gri\u0219 fin<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 linguri\u021b\u0103 ras\u0103 de sare<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>160 g zah\u0103r<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>200 g ulei de cocos (la temperatura camerei)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 fiole esen\u021be (una de vanilie \u0219i una de portocale)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 linguri suc de l\u0103m\u00e2ie<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>450 g gem din orice fructe (doar s\u0103 fie foarte gros)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instruc\u021biuni:<\/h2>\n<h3>Pasul 1: Prepararea cremei de gri\u0219<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00cencepe prin a preg\u0103ti crema de gri\u0219, deoarece aceasta necesit\u0103 timp s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103. <\/li>\n<li>\u00centr-un vas cu pere\u021bi gro\u0219i, adaug\u0103 laptele vegetal, sarea \u0219i zah\u0103rul, apoi pune vasul pe foc mic spre mediu.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2nd amestecul aproape fierbe, adaug\u0103 gri\u0219ul \u00een ploaie, amestec\u00e2nd continuu cu un tel p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd crema se \u00eengroa\u0219\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Dup\u0103 \u00eengro\u0219are, transfer\u0103 crema \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 metalic\u0103 \u0219i acoper\u0103 cu folie de plastic pentru a evita formarea unei pojghi\u021be. Cantitatea de f\u0103in\u0103 poate varia, a\u0219a c\u0103 adaug\u0103-o treptat.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cemparte aluatul \u00een 4 por\u021bii egale, \u00eenvele\u0219te-le \u00een folie de plastic \u0219i las\u0103-le s\u0103 se odihneasc\u0103 timp de 20 de minute.<\/li>\n<li>Preg\u0103te\u0219te 4 foi de copt (~20&#215;35 cm). Mixeaz\u0103 la vitez\u0103 medie, apoi adaug\u0103 uleiul de cocos treptat.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centr-o tav\u0103 mai mare, a\u0219az\u0103 o foaie de pr\u0103jitur\u0103, urmat\u0103 de jum\u0103tate din crema de gri\u0219.
