Iar cel mai bun lucru este ca este gata in fix 5 minute, cu ulei si smantana! <\/p>\n<p>Iata lista de ingrediente pentru aluat:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 O can\u0103 de sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 cu 15% gr\u0103sime (250 g)<br \/>\n\u2022 O jum\u0103tate de can\u0103 de ulei sau unt gras topit (120 ml)<br \/>\n\u2022 Dou\u0103 g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri<br \/>\n\u2022 Un plicule\u021b de zah\u0103r vanilat<br \/>\n\u2022 Un plic de praf de copt (10 g)<br \/>\n\u2022 F\u0103in\u0103 000, c\u00e2t cuprinde (~400 g)<br \/>\n\u2022 O linguri\u021b\u0103 ras\u0103 de sare<\/p>\n<p>Si ingredientele pentru umplutura (1 kg) &#8211; eu am ales umplutura de mere:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1,5 &#8211; 1,6 kg de mere dulci acri\u0219oare<br \/>\n\u2022 O jum\u0103tate de cana de zah\u0103r (100 g)<br \/>\n\u2022 Patru plicule\u021be de zah\u0103r vanilat (32 g)<br \/>\n\u2022 O linguri\u021b\u0103 plin\u0103 de scor\u021bi\u0219oar\u0103<br \/>\n\u2022 Un sfert de pachet de unt gras<\/p>\n<p>Instructiuni pentru aluat: Intr-un castron de marime medie, mixati smantana, uleiul sau untul gras, g\u0103lbenu\u0219urile, zah\u0103rul vanilat, sarea si praful de copt. Adaugati treptat faina si framantati pana obtineti un aluat nelipicios dar moale. Acoperiti cu folie de plastic si lasati sa se odihneasca. <\/p>\n<p>Pentru umplutura, radem merele, topim untul intr-un vas si adaugam merele, zaharul si zaharul vanilat. Lasam sa se caleasca si apoi adaugam scor\u021bi\u0219oara si ajustam gustul. <\/p>\n<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180\u00b0C si ungeti o tava de copt. Impartiti aluatul in doua bucati egale si intindeti-le pentru a acoperi tava. Adaugati umplutura de mere, acoperiti cu cealalta bucata de aluat si dati la cuptor pentru 45-50 de minute. <\/p>\n<p>Placinta este gata atunci cand este rumena si ferm\u0103. Lasati sa se raceasca si apoi serviti portionata. Este un aluat moale, pufos si delicios &#8211; sper sa-l incercati si voi cat de curand!
