Το “My Ever Changing Moods” των The Style Council
Οι The Style Council σχηματίστηκαν στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο το 1983 από τον Paul Weller, μετά το τέλος των The Jam, και τον πληκτρά Mick Talbot.

I thank my mumma and Paul Weller for making me a mod im 29 they don’t make music like this anymore ❤
worst music video ever?
Tried this on karaoke its harder than it looks lol.
What is the symbolism of them hiding behind the bale of hay, then taking out a banana and holding those two plums? Then seeing the girls and running away? Catchy song, but that scene in the video strikes me as being odd. Odd, as in…
Daylight turns to moonlight and I'm at my best
Praising the way it all works, and gazing upon the rest, yeah
The cool before the warm, the calm after the storm
The cool before the warm, the calm after the storm
I wish to stay forever, letting this be my food
Oh, but I'm caught up in a whirlwind
And my ever changing moods, yeah
Bitter turns to sugar, some call a passive tune
But the day things turn sweet for me won't be too soon, no
The hush before the silence, the winds after the blast
The hush before the silence, the winds after the blast
I wish we'd move together, this time the bosses sued
Oh, but we're caught up in the wilderness
And an ever changing mood, yeah
Teardrops turn to children who've never had the time
To commit the sins they pay for through another's evil mind
The love after the hate, the love we leave too late
The love after the hate, the love we leave too late
I wish we'd wake up one day, an' everyone feel moved
Oh, but we're caught up in the dailies
And an ever changing mood, yeah
Evil turns to statues and masses form a line
But I know which way I'd run to, if the choice was mine
The past is knowledge, the present our mistake
And the future we always leave too late
I wish we'd come to our senses and see there is no truth
In those who promote the confusion
For this ever changing mood, yeah
God is always good and dear Jesus ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I remember hearing this on KWOD 106.5.
Heard it recently in Trader Joes
I love how the close-ups are obviously them on a flat back lorry.
Mick's enormous head tube shows he's either 6'6" or a falsetto. Paul, attempting to be cool with dual lever brakes must be rueing the day. Still, a brilliant song though…
I hope he enjoyed the champagne.
On the odd occasion I ride a bicycle, I never fail to be reminded of Weller and Talbot singing this as they pedal away.
I've nearly finished renovating my son's bike and I'll be using it quite a lot in the future. At least when I do, I'll automatically be put in a great place by a fantastic song
The best is the best

Ha ha ha 😂 ha ha ha 👍🏼
I was on this shoot, and it was freezin' cold. Never got above zero.
I'm going on up. 70s Black Music.
London in the 80s. The best of times🎉🎉🎉
The drummer! He was young and talented on this tune!
Great song, very strange video
simply great track and pop vid ; )
All epoca mi comprai la bici da corsa ahaha 🎉🎉🎉
This is a very heavy song. I love this and the piano version, but the piano version has the full bleak lyrics. I kind of wish they were in this version too, but it doesn’t exactly align with the cheery instrumentation.
Worst video ever made. Amazing song but just the dumbest video ever.
Is it just me or does Simon Pegg kinda look Mick Talbot?
Im back in my late teens bombing along in my Mini listening to this track over and over again. Happy times.
Still hard to believe this was the Modfather's only Stateside chart hit. It is a definite gem though and I was thrilled when people I knew were finally more familiar with one of my very favorite songwriters and performers.
And he's still creating extraordinary music.
Cheers with Love to everyone reading this 💖♾️🎶🎵
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉 COOL excellent jam & style

Brasileiros por aqui?
At the time hated them because it meant no more Jam. Now I realise how great they were.

You just don't have talent or great music like this anymore. I absolutely love the jazzy sound of this song. My only complaint is the video could have been much better and does not represent the lyrics. Looks like the video was a last minute thing. Absolutely love the song though.
Earliest free music TV in Chicagoland 26 used to replay this video several hundred times during the night – when they played it at Aid for Africa concert I thought wow I heard that a million times before!
Class act
I forgot quite how terrible The Style Council were.
