Israel has escalated its military operation in the occupied West Bank, claiming to have killed three Hamas militants in an air strike on Friday. This recent attack brings the death toll to at least 19 as violence continues to escalate in the region.
France 24 correspondent Doug Herbert suggests that a new front may be opening up in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas. The increasing violence in the West Bank, in addition to the ongoing clashes in Gaza, indicates a potentially widening conflict between the two sides.
The situation in the West Bank adds another layer of complexity to the already tense Israel-Hamas war, further destabilizing the region. The recent air strike highlights the volatility and uncertainty in the area, as both sides continue to engage in military confrontations.
As the conflict shows no signs of easing, it is crucial for all parties involved to find a peaceful resolution to avoid further escalation and loss of life. The international community must also step in to support efforts for peace and stability in the region.

Pretty sure this has the blessings of the US!
Failure of western policies
They invaded 75 years ago, and now are being driven out. Biblical it is.
“The Palestinians see it” – we ALL see it. Israel is literally enacting a “one state solution” with no regard for human life or international laws. Happening in front of our eyes. Israel “pushes back against these allegations” – but virtually every charity and UN agency has mountains of evidence showing their actions. It is bonkers how the west is letting this happen.
What is war stop lie this is suppression stupid hypocrite media
Stop calling this a new front in Israel’s war. This war is funded by US taxpayers. 500 weapons shipments from US to Israel since 10/7.
There is no Hamas in West Bank yet 650 Palestinians killed there since Oct 07. It's just another insidious Israeli land grab.
Objectives:
Make the Land Inhabitable
Make Negotiations Impossible
Create a Greater Israel
Why are the people there still supporting Hamas?
