She pointed to independent exit polling and voting machine receipts which showed veteran diplomat Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia defeating Maduro in the election, despite the incumbent being proclaimed the winner.
“Every day that goes by, Maduro is weaker and weaker, and we are going to prevail in our fight,” Machado declared.
Machado’s unwavering determination to bring about change in Venezuela reflects the sentiment of many Venezuelans who have been suffering under Maduro’s authoritarian rule.
