The fracking industry in Pennsylvania is facing a division in opinions as workers gear up for the 2024 presidential election. Many individuals in this sector, which plays a significant role in the state’s economy, are conflicted over which candidate to support.
NBC News recently covered the story, highlighting the varying viewpoints within the fracking community. Some workers are leaning towards candidates who prioritize environmental sustainability and are against fracking, while others are in favor of individuals who support the industry and its associated job opportunities.
This split within the fracking industry underscores the complexities of the political landscape in Pennsylvania. The state has long been a battleground for opposing energy policies, with concerns about environmental impact facing off against the need for economic growth and job stability.
With the 2024 presidential election approaching, fracking workers in Pennsylvania are carefully considering their options and weighing the potential impacts of their vote. As the key players in this industry navigate these decisions, it remains to be seen how their choices will shape the outcome of the election and the future of fracking in Pennsylvania.

Weakness. Men need to be more diverse and dynamic
Fracking is just absolutely terrible in every way shape and form in the end the cost is not worth it!!!
It’s so crazy everybody’s worried about their self instead of the world and humanity on a whole, throughout history, jobs have become obsolete, besides that they talked to the Hispanics what’s best for them they talk to the Palestinians what’s best for them does anybody see pattern here? Everybody’s just thinking about their self what is the best vote for the United States of America? I guess we all knew America’s not gonna last forever Rome fell. I guess America will fall too!
Don't you dare talk about flipping AND NOT MENTION TRUMP CHANGING HIS ABORTION STANCE 13 TIMES IN 25 YEARS
Very informative news coverage.
Kamala Harris graduated from Hastings College of Law, which is ranked 82nd out of 196 law schools. She took the bar exam and failed, and failed the exam a second time too. From 2017 to 2021, she served in the California Senate and worked on 164 pieces of legislation, but none became law. Her job approval was 8%. As Vice President, she holds the record for the lowest approval rating in U.S. history at 28%.
Main stream media is lying again if anyone in Pennsylvania who is voting 🗳 for kamala is insanely lost to Trump derangement syndrome
😂
PENNSYVANIA WOULD HAVE TO BE PUMB STUPID TO VOTE KAMALA.
TRUMP TODAY , YESTERDAY AND EVERYDAY. KAMALA IS COMMUNISM NO TY
The citizens of Alaska have no income tax. They actually get a payment a real check from their state every year for their resources. PA citizens don't even get a discount on natural gas. This is the result of a GOP legislature in PA. They are robbing you and the selling it as job creation. It's blatant theft
Who is the thing about fracking no matter what side you’re on when it comes to growing green and energy and all of that the rest of the world is going green. Europe has mandated it and if you look at China and India two of the most popular countries on earth, they actually can’t have that many gas powered vehicles for that many people. They are OK now because most people in their country don’t drive gas powered vehicles. It’s a lot of public transportation. Subways and buses but as their economies grow as they move from third world economies to first world economies, officially based on population size people will want cars. When those governments say go buy yourself a car you make enough money where a big enough economy we’ve built the roads and bridges to support that type of infrastructure it’s gonna come with a mandate those cars will have to be electric because China and India are not going to want to pay other nations lots of money for oil. They are not allied with those nations that have lots of oil. Nobody wants to make their enemies rich. Plus, China and India don’t wanna deal with smog literally thick, rolling clouds of smog. You can pull up videos in China, where there are literally clouds of smog dark at ground level with the people. To the point where the government said, they mandated certain energy standards because everybody was walking around with a blue mask on their face. This was before COVID-19. You didn’t need a mask to be safe unless you didn’t want to breathe in all that smog. So when we know the rest of the world will go green who are we going to sell this oil to when we develop this huge natural gas industry. I’m serious who’s going to buy this oil in 50 years? Are we just gonna sell it to ourselves.? that’s the question we have to think about long-term. It’s going to take a lot of money to develop these industries and you have to plan for the future.
No, that gentleman was wrong when he said Pennsylvania can’t survive without fracking. That’s not true. Pennsylvania survived before fracking ever was around and invented. Pennsylvania steel industry, Pennsylvania industries rise and fall all the time what is supposed to do is step in if an industry fails and provide, something new for the people. in fact, what government is supposed to do is develop industries to grow it economy stuff that we can be good at better than the competition because we can get more of it or because we can do it cheaper than everyone else. One of those things but 50 years from now it won’t be, because the rest of the world is going to go electric. That’s not a question that’s not a topic for debate. It’s what the rest of the world has already said they will do this job of government to take advantage of this wallet can but also prepare for the future. What are you going to do in 50 years when the rest of the world is looking to buy so much? In fact, you should ask yourself short term since we produce so much oil in the United States. Why do we buy so much oil from other nations? That is a big question I never bring up.
