Apple pie that melts in your mouth! Simple and very delicious!
Ingredients: (20×30 cm baking dish)
Eggs – 2 pcs
Salt – a pinch
Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
Sugar – 150 g
Kefir – 250 ml
Sunflower oil – 100 ml
Flour – 300 g
Baking powder – 15 g
Apples – 400 g
Crumble:
Flour – 30 g
Sugar – 30 g
Butter – 15 g
Cinnamon to taste
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 45 – 50 minutes.
