Incredibly easy plum pie! Airy and very tasty plum pie!
Ingredients: (20 cm diameter mold)
Flour – 270 g
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Butter – 100 g
Egg yolks – 3
Sugar – 35 g / 2 tbsp
Sour cream – 40 g / 2 tbsp
Filling:
Plums – 500 g
Butter – 15 g
Sugar – 60 g / 4 tbsp
Cinnamon, Nutmeg
Cornstarch – 30 g / 2.5 tbsp
Water – 60 ml
Cream – souffle:
Egg whites – 3
Sugar – 100 g / 6 tbsp
Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
Sour cream – 400 g
Cornstarch – 30 g / 2 tbsp
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 60 minutes.
