Kefir Cookies Recipe
These delightful kefir cookies are so easy to make that you’ll want to bake them every day! Fluffy, soft, and topped with a crispy sugar crust, they pair perfectly with tea, coffee, or make a great breakfast treat. Ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 60 ml Vegetable Oil
- 100 ml Kefir
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, and kefir. Whisk until smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the wet mixture. Stir until combined. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky.

Shape the Cookies: With floured hands, take small portions of the dough and shape them into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle Sugar: Sprinkle the cookies with sugar for an extra crunchy topping.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
