He offered practical advice on how to improve interoceptive awareness and radically alter the behavioural & emotional well-being of neurodivergent children. Richard McGuinness is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for EMEA at ClickUp, he oversees the company’s European headquarters in Dublin, driving growth and international expansion . Prior to this role, Richard held significant positions in the telecommunications industry, including Corporate Business Manager at Irish Broadband . He holds a BA in Natural Sciences from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Business Studies from UCD’s Smurfit Graduate School. Richard is recognized for his strategic vision and commitment to fostering innovation within the tech industry.
