Forget the contest…
Chef Madison 😍.
Let’s be real I watched this show so much and they never really showed blacks love at all even when they did clearly win
Chef Bobby Flay❤
This episode was a reminder that cooking is more than just following recipes it’s about presence, intuition, and intention. Watching the chefs navigate the Beef Wellington challenge, I was struck by how their focus and mindset influenced their outcomes. It brought to mind a concept from Your Mind Was a Target by Dr Tessa Voss how our internal state shapes our external reality. In the kitchen, as in life, the energy we bring can transform the results we achieve.
I just don't care for chef Tila. Terry was the better chef. Both chefs preferred Jon/John from the beginning. I had to stop watching this show, after a while. I didn't even care to finish this episode/clip.
Secondly, it just seems like Chef Bobby Flat held back to let Jon/John have a better start. It's always a treat to see Chef Madison.
I would love to try a Beef Wellington.
