That butternut squash was not peeled.
Saffron is really spicy? Is she mad? Saffron is mildly savory. It's statements like these from cooking presenters that mislead people who might like to try a new thing, like saffron but are immediately turned-off it by the mischaracterization of it as 'spicy'. Likewise the adjective used for many really good and sustainable cold water fish is 'oily', that sounds awful, who wants an oily fish? In reality, fish like mackerel and Atlantic salmon are 'moist', due to their fat and collagen content, if cooked on the bone.
I give up…every time she posts a recipe she has to add booze..im not into booze and would never buy it just to use half a cup
I love her cooking!!! Her recipes and her style šÆš

Beautiful food, perfect presentation.
I donāt understand why she always mentions possibly getting a bad egg. I cook a lot & have for decades & never once have I found a bad egg. Is it a thing?
Thank you Ina for being such a great teacher, I have enjoyed your books and videos for years! 1st class!
You can freeze wine and booze and just thaw on the countertop for multiple recipesš
Unhealthy cooking. No regard for sodium content, fat – butter and sugar. No regard for any health issues.
She always says donāt add alcohol if you donāt want it. Love her cooking !
You often describe ingredients as "good". Could you explain what that means for each ingredient?
What's up all these negative comments? Too much salt, too much butter, too much alcohol, too little Black people, this isn't authentic Mexican. this isn't too much vegetarian. Huh? YT comments used to be about people asking questions and contributing. Not complaining–or saying, "it's good" or "I love her" (which's ok once in a while)–all the time.
