Massive 50,000T Giga Press Built: Next-Gen Tesla Car APPEAR!
In the world of electric vehicles, innovation doesn’t just happen; it’s engineered—literally. In our latest video, we dive deep into Tesla’s groundbreaking 50,000-ton Giga Press, a colossal casting machine that is set to revolutionize the manufacturing of next-generation Tesla vehicles.
What does a press of this magnitude mean for the automotive landscape? Our analysis explores how this machine will redefine vehicle production by allowing Tesla to combine multiple components into fewer casting cycles. This not only minimizes welding and assembly steps but also enhances overall efficiency, potentially accelerating production timelines.
We’ll break down the implications of mega casting on manufacturing efficiency, repairability, and material usage. Moreover, we’ll touch on how this advancement impacts factory automation and influences the design of future Tesla vehicles, including the highly anticipated Cybercab.
This video is a must-watch for Tesla fans, EV enthusiasts, automotive engineers, and anyone keen to understand the cutting-edge of manufacturing technology. Join us as we uncover how the 50,000-ton Giga Press could signal a monumental shift in Tesla’s approach to vehicle production.

If yah blv in jah seya God
Unlikely to be cheaper
Unlikely to be lighter
Nothing new to see here. This is the same recycled video on the Chanel about the press. Move on.
Vision,wonderful
🧑💼😊❤️👌
How long does it take to heat the mold up. If it takes awhile to heat up the mold does it run 24hr? The second issue is that the ultimate strength of cast aluminum is much lower than components milled from bar stock.
😂Tesla is less only 20 years old , what are talking about " bring it back to its glory days??? 😂
❤
Pathetic
Yeah this gets me mad i made a patent over modular construction
without screws rivets joints fasteners like a week or two ago then tesla goes to make open patents like this now making my patent obsolete by making it open source this pisses me off watching this
The next new tesla im buying
Will the integrity of the frame be compromised after an accident?
can't wait
rip legacy autos
For the record, of is not Tesla, but Italian Company Idra that develops the Giga Press

Who is bothered about how it is made as long as it is good and at the right price. One thing is sure. Let Chinese automobiles in USA, Detroit will sink. Americans know how good Chinese cars are and they are frightened.
