I not a very sociable person, therefore I don’t need that much attention or anything like that.
This house isn’t cozy or comfortable, and not even good looking from the outside. It’s got amazing views to the city and the ocean, but that’s about it.
No overhead vent in the main kitchen
finallty,i've been
waiting for your video.
🔥🔥🔥
this one will not sell by this price…. buyer will pass because the parking space……
This home is growing on me especially the indoor pool and views from certain bedrooms. Would change a few things great job even at 42. Love each bathrooms too.
47 million and not a separate chef’s prep area and kitchen. The kitchen seems like an after thought and seems small for that large of a home.
I'm confused; I have seen this property on YouTube before. How is it new? Still a dope property even though Los Angels is not an ideal location for what I do. Give me some time and well see.
Finally, been waiting for more mansions from LA
The mansion is lovely, light, bright, the views inside and outside are dreamy. My favorite rooms are the living room, primary bedroom as the fireplaces are EVERYTHING!!! the gym spa for health and wellness. Excellent presentation and craftsmanship….Thank you Enes for a tour of the perfect place to lose yourself!!!
if Enes likes this, imma bout to buy this house for real ….
We love you so much, you are a legend. thanks ENES
Awesome job enes drop a like for you
Really overpriced 😎
ENES MORE MANSIONS IN THE HILLS PLEASE
Video could have been 10 minutes shorter. WAY over rotated on educating us on meaningless features. 15 seconds on the separate concrete was enough. The drains, the Steele on the openings, just way too much wasted time on educating. Show us the house
For a supposedly progressive state, why aren't builders and homeowners required to use either geothermal or solar as part of the design build?
If you can afford to build a 10, 20, 30, or $40 million home, you should be committed to spending a portion of that on renewable energy. It's simple. But why isn't it happening?
Black countertops on outdoor kitchens can burn your hot dog… 18:02
LOVE all the technical lessons in this video!!
Great a part again, great house. thanks ENES
I think it's great that they use casement windows. But who the heck is going to get on their hands and knees and open those up. Not the millionaires who own these homes.
Also, there was another casement window behind a water feature on the lower level. Such a random place to put one. And again, nearly impossible to get to and certainly not something Richie Rich people are going to attempt to open and close.
Why concrete caisson is acceptable in California code has to be based on some political corruption decades ago. It's not if,,, but when a 7.5 plus earthquake will be based in the Beverly Hills area. All gone.
I lived 4 miles from the epicenter of the Northridge earthquake and experienced it first hand (look it up), and I can't see that a house built on concrete caissons will ever survive.
THIS HOUSE IS A DREAM!!!! ❤
