After more than five decades of Assad rule in Syria, the regime has finally fallen. President Bashar al-Assad has fled to Russia, leaving the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham in control of Damascus. The sudden overthrow of Assad’s regime has raised questions about why he had the support of both Russia and Iran, and who exactly were the rebel forces fighting to bring an end to his rule.
Russian and Iranian support for Assad can be attributed to their shared interests in the region. Both countries have strategic and economic ties to Syria, and have provided military and political backing to Assad throughout the civil war. The rebels fighting against Assad were a diverse group of opposition forces, including moderate opposition groups, Islamist factions, and Kurdish militias. The U.S. designates some of these groups as terrorist organizations, complicating the international response to the conflict.
The fall of Assad’s regime unfolded rapidly, with the rebels gaining momentum and ultimately forcing him to flee. The power shift in Syria raises questions about what comes next for the war-torn country. With Hayat Tahrir al-Sham now in control, there are concerns about the group’s extremist ideology and potential impact on stability in the region.
As the situation in Syria continues to evolve, it is crucial to closely monitor developments and assess the implications for the ongoing conflict. The fall of Assad’s regime marks a significant turning point in the crisis, but the future remains uncertain as the country navigates a new chapter in its history.

There's only rulling in Syria, Assad was elected by the People of Syria, it seems it's a dictatorship, cause Noone has call for a democratic election. To set a government chosen by the Natives of Syrian republic.
Whether it is Republican or Democrat both support israel. Whether it is Bashar Al-Assad or HTS both hate/ hostile israel… Whether it is Shia or Sunni, both actually hate israel. Except for the kingdoms in the Arabian peninsula that were part of the Ottoman Empire, which became countries formed and supported by British colonialism.
western media is celebrating that alquaeda took over syria…tells me all I need to know! and that they dont write the same about israel literally invading syria similar to how russia invaded ukraine..but crickets..we all know who owns western media..

Why are you showing Karabakh region separate on the map when you show Iranian map? Karabakh problem has been solved and Karabakh is integral part of Azerbaijan. Whom do you think you are to separate any region from any country?
I wonder what Assad is doing in Russia right now, what he plans to do, and what his and his families life will be like going forward. Must be pretty humiliating. He was always a loser.

Say what you will about Assad’s regime—it was oppressive, no doubt—but it was still a government. It had structure, educated professionals, and people who knew how to create policies, even if they were used to serve an authoritarian agenda. Now? Syria has descended into chaos. It’s not a country anymore, just a patchwork of territories controlled by uneducated, extremist warlords. It feels like we’ve been thrown back to the 1800s. Sure, it’s not as bad as Afghanistan, but let’s not pretend Syria hasn’t lost decades of progress.
Without Assad’s centralized power, the country has been carved up into pieces. Turkey, Iran, Israel, and the U.S. are all circling like vultures, ready to grab what they can. They don’t care about Syria’s future—only how they can use it for their own gain. The vacuum of power has left Syria broken in ways that feel irreparable.
The civil war? It’s far from over. If anything, it’s just beginning a new, bloodier chapter. Leaders like al-Julani from Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham may have control now, but how long until someone within his own ranks turns on him? That’s how this cycle works—constant power struggles, betrayal, and violence. Meanwhile, Turkey will never allow the Kurds to gain independence, ensuring even more fighting. And the idea that the U.S. could build some stable, democratic Syrian state? Let’s be real—it’s a pipe dream. The Middle East doesn’t work that way, especially not when outside powers are playing puppet master.
It’s heartbreaking to see what’s become of Syria. It was once a country with potential, culture, and a history that deserved to be preserved. Now, it’s just rubble, its people scattered, its soul torn apart. There’s no clear path forward—only more suffering. And the saddest part? No one seems to care enough to stop it.
allready devideing 😂😂😂
I have been watching your videos and I have a Safepal wallet. I have memorized words, how can I transfer money? ( pear, flame, keen, lift, shine, genuine, photo, other, wire, motion, pact, common )
Is it lazy journalism or deeply rooted bias that forces you to avoid mentioning SDF's main component YPG's direct tie to PKK which is labelled as a terror organization both by US and EU?
Hts =islamists
Atleast, the war is over. Hope the rebels, don't start fighting eachother like in Lebanon. Regional powers are sure to take sides and try to start a new war..
I hope that the Syrian people get the freedom and peace they deserve, but it depends on whether the new government made up of former Al-Qaeda members and affiliates will create a different kind of government than Assad's. We've seen this story before in Iraq and Afghanistan. And of course, there are also potential issues with Nuttyahoo's government who has already begun engaging in their land-thievin' ways, and it remains to be seen whether this new Syrian government will have a backbone and keep that expansion in check, or will they be complicit in it.
Imagine something worse than Hezbollah (Still with the same aim to establish an Islamic caliphate in the complete region and beoynd), taking over a whole country together with other pro Islamic groups, backed by Turkey (biggest army budget in Nato, and producers and sellers of their own drones copeting with the US drones), and then Turkias self-established enemy that they have made genocides of since the Ottoman empire, and murdered in high numbers along with Iraqs Sadam Hussein, the Kurdish forces (fighting to establish a homeland Government for the 70 million Kurds in the region without their own country that are backed by the US. So the question is where does UN stand since many UN politicians are `backed´ by a Qatar agenda, that we saw play out when the UN the last 1,5 year focused all their malicious means at Israel with many lies and complicit doings in warfare against Israel as for instance seen in Lebanon, and the UNs lack of help freeing hostages innocent people including a baby from captivity in Gaza. And then the Genocide many many people in Nigeria backed by Qatar on one side and Saudis in the other, while the UN neclects victims completely in a race to diminish the state of Israel, while millions in Africa is suffering non-selfinflicted harm. .. !?
Netanyahu who fights and wants to eradicate an extremist organisation, supports the victory of another extremist organisation in another country. Lord save us from these hypocrites
Israel is bombing Syria, but this is nothing you will hear from biased American media
Why don't you talk about the occupation of cruel Israel?
A clip of Netanyahu, one of the worst war criminals of our time. Wow.
Sure here is a from western to western video analysis, yeah let's do more from those and not bring any Syrian into the discussion because that will help. I have had it with this "Oh, you people put hijab on your women, you sure don't understand anything, let me enlighten you with my knowledge" BS.
So you’re saying HTS is just an ISIS rebrand?
