Darwin Award 😂
I am from the Philippines and would not dare to visit some parts of Mindanao. Ive seen some people visited and it maybe "safe" but I wont def not risk it. Philippines has 7000+ islands lets stick to somewhere it is not too risky.
Condolence to his family, if he really is gone.
Meh, what do expect
Heard about white people being highly price hostages in mindinao (southern Phillippines)… All the way back in 2006. Seems like its still true.
High price forces the authorities to pay hefty ransom, or have filipino soldiers or cops or whoever, to go and have the save the troublemaker
Meh, what do you expect when you live in a dangerous area
1:49 taking chance for what? for clout? smh. not even an average filipino does not want to visit that area.
Other countries don't tolerate your stupidity & bad behavior, hope that wasn't the case though… "Americans🤷"
I'm a Filipino and the southern part of the country is not the safest at all! Our former president who is also from the south has his own death squad in one of the provinces there where he was once a mayor before becoming the president. While his daughter, who is now the incumbent vp of the country, has blatantly threatened to assassinate our incumbent president too. This family isn't even from the southern most part yet. The Philippines is generally a safe, friendly and a beautiful place as long as you stay in the central (Visayas) and nothern (Luzon) part of the country. All you need to worry is being scammed by taxi drivers in these places so always ask for meters or better yet use our local taxi hailing apps. Always check the internet for local prices too if you need to buy or pay for something such as accommodation. lol!
He should have listened, if they threatened to kidnap him and he was also scared he had all the warning ⚠️ signs.
Should have stayed in US and got a job..just saying
Muslims
Influencer also showing his location on YouTube.
If course they will find you.
If you notice those ppl can’t ever stay out of other cultures, they are so entitled. They think they can just travel anywhere they want anytime they want.
Don't see what the problem is. He said he was cool with taking this risk, therefore he was also fine with the consequences. Based on that, nothing to see here really. 🤷♀️
I've been to the Philippines before It's not safe to go to the Islamic part of that country You're safer in the Catholic parts they've had an Islamic insurgency for quite a while there in that country to the point where we have US trainers to train the local police and military forces to clamp down on them since 2014 ever since they pledge allegiance to ISIS
Not native 😂 what tribe is was he from? Just your average american who thought he was untouchable volunteering to stay there to get him rich off his videos by being "influencers". The age of the Internet where rich people get richer by filiming the poor while you all struggle to buy enough groceries for your family working a 9-5
these youtubers just b risking it all just for the views!!! dats just dangerously dumb
mindanao is not worth dying for, even for clout
His body was used for organs. People don’t realize that PH is heavily involved in the black market for organs.
Thoughts and prayers
I have no sympathy for people who put themselves in danger. He was warned and he failed to heed those warnings n paid the price.
Just why would you go there? For views? Not very smart honestly.
You can't fix stupid!
There are other non white Americans that went missing there, why are their stories never covered? Your momma NBC 😂😂
😢😢😢
bro went to live amongst ISIS followers, mindanao is almost entirely of muslims. He is insane to go there, do some research beforehand. (most muslims are not bad people)
He knew the risks and unfortunately he paid the price. He was in a red zone
He wanted the clout and make money from it. Actively promoting himself. Absolutely smart.
He was knowingly putting his life in danger
STOP BEING STUPID! PEOPLE NEVER LEARN!
I'm a Filipino living in the Philippines and even I don't ever want to go to that province. 💀 What was he thinking 😭😭😭
Oh well.
influencers are lame
As a Filipino, my family do not even go to that part of my country. It is a hefty price to take that risk.
Many Filipinos want to come to the US, that's the why…
He looks sweet but every time he opens his mouth he sounds incredibly simple. I feel sorry for the guy but you can't get through life just by looking cute and having good intentions.
The problem is he shouldn't have ignored the State Department's warnings against traveling to that part of the Philippines due to the ongoing Muslim insurgency. His idea of boasting about his wealth got him in a very bad situation in the first place, and that's the second problem. He's brought it all onto himself as a result of his bad decisions.
He chose to live in one of the most dangerous places in the Philippines. He was already warned several times that it is not a safe place. Even locals are scared to go there, what more foreigners?
Not all of Mindanao is safe to go to (red areas). If you really want to go and explore there (coz despite being dangerous, they do have beautiful nature spots), you'd need a security escort
Philippines is not like US that you can go and wander around forests and jungle.
Stop being passport bros! Work on yourself and get an American wife! Stop running away!
He has been tipped off several times by the locals, yet decided not to listen and just make video about it.
I can see why some people there hated him.
All this highly oversensationalizing. But back in the U.S. of A, there's a mass killing anywhere, almost every month.
Going to extremes for a piece of A$$#!
Well that sucks no more blogging for you 😂
