Cali’s First Time on Stage! It DID NOT Go How We Expected

In a heartwarming twist at this year’s annual talent show, Cali surprised everyone by stepping onto the stage for the very first time—an unexpected foray into the world of stand-up comedy! This event, a highlight for our family, has always been a priority in our travel plans, and seeing all three kids participate made it even more special.

Cali’s performance was a rollercoaster of anticipation and laughter. Despite our initial concerns, his hard work paid off, and he delivered a stellar set that had everyone in stitches. His impeccable timing and newfound confidence showcased a side of him we hadn’t seen before, leaving us in awe.

Meanwhile, Dorothy and her friends delighted the audience with a charming Studio C-inspired sketch, displaying her growing passion for the performing arts. It was a joy to watch her light up the stage alongside her friends, embodying creativity and teamwork.

To cap off the night, Manilla wowed the crowd with a spectacular breakdancing finale, solidifying his reputation as the showstopper. With his infectious energy, he left the audience cheering for more, proving yet again why he’s known as “the finale” among teachers.

Each child’s unique performance not only entertained but also filled us with immense pride. Their courage to try something new and their joy on stage made this year’s talent show unforgettable. We can’t wait for next year—until then, a big thank you to the talent show for another amazing experience!
