In this week’s video, I am sharing some of the delicious and comforting dishes I cooked and ate in honor of my dad’s birthday. It’s a bittersweet time, as I reflect on the happy moments we shared together before he passed away.
One of the recipes featured in this video is a Korean Tofu Stew, also known as Sundubu Jjigae. This spicy and soft tofu stew is perfect for warming the soul and comforting the heart. The combination of tofu, vegetables, and a flavorful broth is truly a delight for the taste buds.
I also prepared a Spinach Salad and Bean Sprout Salad, both traditional Korean side dishes that are full of flavor and nutrition. The Spinach Salad is tossed in a sesame dressing, while the Bean Sprout Salad is seasoned with soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil. These dishes are light, fresh, and the perfect accompaniment to any meal.
For something a little more indulgent, I made Braised Quail Eggs and Korean Marinated Eggs. These dishes are packed with flavor and are sure to satisfy any craving for something savory and delicious. The Braised Quail Eggs are easy and addicting, while the Korean Marinated Eggs are a simple and tasty snack option.
To round out the week, I indulged in some Homemade Dumplings and Air Fryer Bread Pudding. The dumplings are filled with a delicious mixture of pork and vegetables, while the bread pudding is a sweet and satisfying dessert option. These dishes are easy to prepare and are perfect for any day of the week.
I hope you enjoy watching this video and trying out some of these recipes. Remember to cherish every moment with your loved ones and savor every meal shared together. Cook with love and enjoy the connections that make life truly beautiful. Until next time, happy cooking!
