Ingredients for a 20ā24 cm Pan
For the Crust:
- Butter ā 110 g (melted & cooled)
- Sugar ā 120 g (a mix of white and brown is delightful)
- Eggs (large) ā 2
- Vanilla sugar ā 10 g
- All-purpose flour ā 240 g
- Baking powder ā 8 g
- Baking soda ā 1/4 tsp
- Salt ā a pinch
- Yogurt or kefir ā 150 ml (room temperature)
For the Apple Filling:
- Apples ā 5ā6 (small)
- Sugar ā 20 g
- Ground cinnamon ā 4 g
- Lemon juice ā 1 tbsp
For the Swirl Topping:
- Brown sugar ā 60 g

Directions
