Se tem Brasil, tem like!! 🇧🇷
Tek merak ettiğim bu evin sahibinin ne iş yaptığı 🙂
I can see this estate being a mission on Hitman. haha
what does the owner do for a living?
I love so many of the homes you show, I like the others lol But always will log cabins in the mountains be my most favorite.
Already hear Arvin’s voice in my head saying “This is going to be a maintenance nightmare” 😂
Oh my it'd be an absolute dream to live here ♥
Ok, pretending I was a billionaire and able to purchase this property, let's discuss a few things needing to be addressed.
#1 Access to the house is very limited. Moving furniture would be extremely difficult as the funiculars are too small to move larger furniture. Also, there is a fire safety risk as there are only very limited ways to access the property aside from slow moving funiculars and a steep outdoor walkway. Also, this could be a serious issue if EMT's ever needed to arrive with a stretcher etc..
#2 Huge windows in the bedroom are nice, but for light sleepers such as myself who don't necessarily want to wake up at the crack of dawn with all that light coming in, this would be miserable. Although if I had the money to purchase this home, I'd be able to come up with a custom blind system to resolve that I suppose.
#3 As already mentioned by many, carpeted bathrooms??? Who's idea was THAT?? Speaking of bathrooms, no walled in area for the toilet?? What gives? Toilet rooms need walls and a poop fan installed. Nobody with that kind of money should have to smell that in the rest of the room. 😂
#4 A pier but no boathouse? If I'm going to literally live on Lake Tahoe, I'm gonna want a boat. I would want a proper boat to fish on, but to be fair I don't know if fishing is allowed on Lake Tahoe, so there's that I guess. But let's say I had to just have jet skis… How am I getting them down to the pier?
These are my main bullet points, but honestly everything else about this house is spectacular!
Its like Rivendale
It's actually not bad for the price point. You get so much and it must have cost a fortune to build. The funiculars would cost millions. To have steps beside them are a plus. I love this but think it can be a bit ostentatious. A bit over the top in a way. I prefer sublety. I love the wood throughout. It's so warm and inviting. I detest the columns and most of the marble. I love the parlor thought I would customize it to my liking. So much potential.
So Beautiful!🤍
One of the best in channel…..
16:12 False! If they see you, they want to eat you!
SO Beautiful 🤩
The views are exceptional and no doubt the construction is exceptional but it's also a little… kitsch ? There's a bit of a early 2000s resort vibe that just doesn't look very homely.
abi Türkçe kanalını neden devam etmiyorsun , severek takipteyiz
Those two FUNICULARS are the most luxurious furniture I have ever seen!
You did a really great job, thanks a lot for sharing!
P.S. There is also a bear on the light that appears at 43'53"! 👍😄👏
Nice home 🏡
20:59 I hate it if pictures are not straight.
It is very nice to see a house with this kind of interior. Nothing against modern ambience, but this house lives with this ambience. Thank you Enes and team for this unique tour.👍🙋♀️
39:10 Beach House? There is no beach.
It's so luxury. I'm a struggler and I wants a one house of my own money and the money from my own work, Inshallah.
Gonna be honest with you, I thought this was an Arvin review😂 I was surprised when it was just Enes
time to call arvin
You made us wait a long time for this episode, but it was totally worth it.
جميل جدآ اتنمنا الذهاب 🤩❤❤
Damn.. all those trees and leafs on the ground just spell fire hazard to me..
Hello Enes and the whole team 👋. After a long time, you have a very beautiful property on the channel. I must say that this house is very nicely set in the surrounding landscape 🌲 and Lake Tahoe is the icing on the cake. The house is beautifully furnished, except for a few pieces of cabinets that are more suitable for a castle than a house like this. We call such furniture (business baroque). It is so kitschy and for me quite inappropriately relaxed, but of course we all have different tastes. If I had to choose the most beautiful part of the house, it is definitely the reading lounge, which has so much natural light and a pleasant atmosphere that I would spend most of my free time there. The reading lounge would also serve me to shoot a time-lapse video with a view of the lake, that would be beautiful. The view from this lounge in winter must be absolutely breathtaking. The master bedroom also has its own charm, especially the carved bed. The bathroom by the master bedroom reminds me a lot of a Greek spa. Another very nice element is the dining table in the beach house. It must have taken countless hours to make such a table. Otherwise, the house is very nice, especially the views of the lake can't get tired of anyone. When you wake up in the morning and see this beauty, you must have a beautiful day. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your great work 👍. I'm already looking forward to more properties like this. Greetings from your loyal fan and follower from the Czech Republic. PS: I apologize for the minor typos in the translation. Google translator helped me with the translation 😅
Nice2
Life is beautiful in that palace, but with time, people will go crazy from isolation.🤷
Wow all that money for no yard
Love this home. It just looks so calming and relaxing. I would make it my winter vacation home and rent it out.
Loved the video ! As always ! Even if I had already seen this « house »
The negative comments keep coming though 😢 just Watch the video and enjoy guys !
Let's hope someone buys it and takes care of it… Such a beautiful property ❤
Great video as usual, beautiful property, dont like the architecture though
The living room in the beach house is bigger than my house!😮
