Join us this week as we explore Simka, an architectural marvel nestled in the breathtaking cliffs of Malibu. This remarkable $44 million mansion is not just a home; it’s a fortress designed to blend the serene aesthetics of Japanese design with the bold features of brutalist architecture. Spread across 30,000 square feet, Simka boasts 10 bedrooms, 20 bathrooms, and stunning ocean views that will take your breath away.
Constructed by renowned designer Kris Halliday, often dubbed “God’s Architect,” this luxurious residence is built to last for generations, combining durability with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Its seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces create a perfect harmony between the natural beauty of the environment and the elegance of modern design.
Throughout the tour, you’ll witness the unique elements that make this mansion a true sanctuary— from the calming Japanese tea room to the world-class amenities like a cinema, sauna, and even a nightclub. Each space is meticulously crafted to ensure comfort and sophistication, all while providing an unparalleled sensory experience of coastal living.
But that’s not all; we’ll also delve into our collaborations beyond real estate as we introduce our new lifestyle brand, Nuare. With products designed to enhance everyday life, such as our refreshing candle, Tangerine Vetiver, we aim to bring calm and warmth into your home.

I'm one of your early subscribers. Greetings from the Philippines🎉
A-MA-ZING !!! BRAVO @kriss.halliday and thank you @enes.yilmazer and team for this great "one hour is just right" video 🙏🏻
Amazing property. It would be fitting for Kris to live in his own creation.
Bro looks Like exactly Like Daredevil Actor tho 🫠🫠
The builder built the two favourite houses you showed …both are really amazing … Both have real quality…not built cheaply like the others…
This man is a Genius. Wow. Congratulations. This is beyond impressive!
I don't know about you, but I for one have the utmost respect for this man.
Too much exposed concrete I wish they would add some wood to make it more cozy cause it feels too industrial. I could never be comfortable surrounded by that much bare concrete. The designer mentioned millennia. I bet that structure will decay and not last more than 150 years. But maybe I’m wrong time will tell. 😅
OH NO, NOT THE NAZI TRUCK!!!!!
AMAZING!!!
Just curious if all the pipes and everything is covered in concrete what would they do if thy have a plumbing issue or anything else that the wall has to be opened
🔥🔥🔥🔥🎸
Great Job 👍🏾
Enes. I (and European) viewers would really love to see m2 and not only square meters❤
Not the candle again.
ah yes! living in an atom reactor 😀
Always Epic
Hey Enes, what are your top 3 places where you get your wardrobe from ????
This is a commercial property. It's very cool, but definitely a boutique hotel, not a house.
California is a Liberal 💩 Hole Taxed to the Max and Way Way Overpriced. Build this house anywhere else for 1/3 The Price
I like the concrete, glass, views etc. But I absolutely hate ceilings, all those various patterned walls and screens. They just don't work with concrete and to me, cheapen the look and effort. … some nice moments though, but not working for me. And cinema room…!!? WTF?
What a view of the Pacific Ocean that gives you such a comfortable feeling great video ENES
Producing 7,200 m³ of concrete generates approximately 2,000 to 2,500 tons of CO₂, depending on the mix design and cement content.
Jos saisin asunnon myyntiin johtavasta kaupasta 0,5% olisi se 22 000 tuhatta EUR. Minun nykysillä tuloilla siihen menisi 4 vuotta. 🇫🇮❤❤🇫🇮👍
Most people couldn't afford it ever, but they could afford to build their houses, but nowadays, that's the nah category for a lot of them.
The Palisades fires must have traumatised this homeowner, this is brutal.
Love me a Malibu mansion 💁♂️
For I have several problems with this home
– no separate family kitchen so the family can gather together
– the color palettes with cement and the Japanese theme (Paige ) may looks fine but it’s very boring and is too much for repeating it in every room
– the night club ceiling height and the decor was very depressing
– the movie theater doesn’t look homey at all
– some of the marble choices in bathroom does not match with theme
– soap dispenser in the wall and you have open it by screws 😢, and the finishing does not look great
– the swimming pool have a lot of wasted space
– landscape of the sloped backyard is a total waste (spend extra to make large flat area)
This house is truly a piece of art. Love the orange accents.
Half an hour into the video in a house in malibu and I havent seen the ocean yet.
Tour anche a quella a Beverly Hills in cemento 68 milioni dollar
Honestly the concrete finish on the house is very poor especially for the price. Love your video's tho Enes. <3
Fantastic Home! That theater is the best ive seen in a home yet!
You guys are the best!!! I would like to try a few of your candles but I'm currently in Rome, Italy. Do you ship overseas?
Enes you have been giving us misses for a while now, becoming a bit of a documentarian. But it seems you have gone back to basics with this one and i have to say this house and this video is a hit.
This place would almost have you fooled into thinking it was a house. But I think the full-sided commercial kitchen and reception desk in the spa kind of betray it; it's a boutique hotel.
нахрена там 18 ванных комнат ахахаха
I want to thanks Enes and his team for capturing Simka in such a beautiful way. Simka has been my life’s work – A sanctuary meant to endure for Centuries. What you see here is the result of crafting with love and intention.
My hope is that Simka inspires and stands as proof that permanence still matters in a disposable world.
If this story resonates with you, I’d love to welcome you to what I am building next.
