Keep the cars and ditch the monstrosity of a house – where poor taste meets too much money!
what are you not showing about this house? 13 million is such a steal, as they say , too good to be true. what is wrong with it.
The floors are great. It's the color pallet that's off.
Outdated outlet mall vibe, with sweet views.
Sounds insane but honestly$12.9 for the house (which is giant) plus 150 acres is good asf!
Feel like this guy HATED when Enes would bring up how to update everything in the home 😂😂
😢Quien rayo viviría en algo así yo ni loco
This house was nearly perfect as is, spent the whole time trying to make it some boring generic modern home
Perfect covid Mormon compound for the diy multi millionaire
I don't understand why a 16 year old home needs to be totally redone. If you like the house, you like the house. (Gotta wonder how the owner feels hearing all that.) And there must be something terribly wrong to have a $13 million price tag.
Is Enez serious? Update the floors? Get rid of the marble and the inlaid parquet flooring? I don't understand why anyone would want to delete that magnificent and expensive work.
This is a spec house fyi.
Its a little dated but id still live in it.
Man why have you been white washing over shitty properties for a while?
What the hell is this !!?? Incomprehensible ugly structure, what a waste of money
So another mega church/ resort on a barren landscape that doesn't feel like a home
Fairly horrific house. Outdated, uselessly large. Why? Drop the price to $1 million so someone can tear this monstrosity down and build a liveable home.
I can imagine the owner seeing this with full of tears
And how hole another people stepping on his dream home like that 😢
Rest in peace man 🥲🥲
Was just thinking bout the strad man actually
This property should be worth 25 million! That’s how bad the house is! It’s almost free! 😂
30:54 level 0
It's only 12 mil because you're going to have to spend 20 mil just renovating the entire damn property unless you enjoy living in a tacky 90's resort.
Kids just left home, so perfect home for me and the mrs alone…..😁
Winter time it’s like Antarctica 😂
Yall are some haters in here this house rocks, the only that sucks is the way Enes did this tour, very cringe.
It might be "only" 12M but the running costs are still that of a 50M estate
Speaking of the largest houses in the United States, Enes, could you do a tour of the Angelos Estate in Los Angeles?
Now, assuming you can afford it, $13 million spent here is a way better buy than that previous Ocean Ave. tour for $50 million. This one puts the "Mc" in "McMansion"!
Mr Beast video idea "I walked 10 miles in a home" walks one foot in front of the other through every square foot. Easy, interesting thumbnail and content.
Bruh – these styles and architecture will be back in like 9-10 years… just chill on the changes!
stradman one of the most fake happy guys ive ever seen. i dont trust anyone who smiles constantly
It’s dated, but it has a lot of potential. I think the color scheme is what makes it seem older. Honestly though, I’d be more concerned about the wildlife, a bear could definitely break those windows.
I like it as is. 😅 mine!
It has spectacular views and every one is blocked by a giant column, this house needed a lot more cantilevers. I'd like to see a floor plan to understand why they needed so many irregular shaped rooms with support columns in the middle
I love all the sighs from realtor when asked questions. This property is never going to sell. It's in the middle of nowhere, the upkeep cost on a house like this is massive and finishing are Toll Brother's track home level. The contractors who contacted the realtor are looking at this home for tear down cost. The reason the home owner plowed the driveway rather than fire up the boilers is because he couldn't afford to run it in the winter.
I liked this place “as is” but the constant critique made it seem like every part of it was bad…. So what’s the point of buying. If every part could be improved… it feels like you think it’s a tear down.
some pretty cool people for company enes
That’s insane. I was expecting Enes to say the price was nothing less of $30 million 😮
I live near this home, have been to a party here and ride dirt bikes in the area. This home was listed for 30 million back in 2015 and hasn’t sold in over 10 years. Imagine having style so bad that your house DROPS in value and no one wants to buy it still for over a decade.
All of a sudden the guy who showcases home is a professional designer, give me a break!
Holy collab ?!?!
Bro just blasting this house nonstop!
"James" looks suspiciously like Murray from Impractical Jokers? 🧐
Dreadful. What is it about Hobble Creek that attracts such gaudy properties?
Ouch. “Dated” is the only way to describe. Bowling alley and Indoor pool and ball pit yet I saw no WET BAR anywhere???
Russian oligarch owns this house.
House is so kitch it is likely a tear down, especially at that price point. That said, I'm hopefully that the dark decades are US architecture (70s through early 2000s) is behind us now.
Well this tour was different 🙂 , hope you guys enjoyed!
