Way too kitschy and busy for me. Would not want to live there..
Town is walkable and not car-centric
Americans: This is literally Europe. So many American towns try to be Europe, but this one really got it right.
Hello sir indian episodes
SCAMMER scamming people
Why does it take you an hour to do a 10 minute video? BORING AS ****.
It is awesome to be looking at unexpected places… it is outstanding
😳😳 I would love waking up to those videos every morning. I’ve lived my entire life in Illinois and the only thing you will ever see is cornfield for miles.
I love your videos each time they come out. I have a Pet Peeve, though. Can you please change your page graphic to stop saying "new video every Monday"? You haven't been on that schedule for a long time, and for someone with such a large team and 4 million subscribers, I would think you could update that.
I really enjoy your detailed assessment of properties.❤
$78,000,000 home on a $30,000,000 lot. Huh. Wonder why it still hasn't sold yet..
Wake me up when you're back in LA 😴
Both "iconic" and "curated" in the first thirty seconds. The place must be spectacular.
Congrats on 4 mil! And this is one of the best episodes yet! Not only the home itself, which is INCREDIBLE, but also the passion and quality demonstrated in the overall sense of conveying the essence of the experience with this property.
YES! Mountain modern! So much nicer than the Lake Tahoe funicular home! Though the views were stunning! ❤
Hey Enes,
When you'll be posting the video of the tour which you did in Mumbai (Oberoi 360 west )
What is Enes doing , in don’t get his business model . I think he is starting to get the rep of “the guy” who shows bad properties but pretends their great
amazing
Really like the book shelving it feels really cohesive..♥♥
hello Enes Yilmazer i am from PhnomPenh City in Cambodia kingdom Nick to meet you ., your video Very good
My Name Mr SEYMA 🎉
This house was such a disappointment! 78 million and your garages are full of everything but cars. Even if I had the $$ no way.
Enes is the smoothest, coolist presenter on the internet! Very classy dude.
Man, I don’t like to be a hater… but this is the WORST house I have ever seen on this channel. Wow, just awful. They need to completely tear down and rebuild.
The house looked like a Minecraft house. Such a weird layout!! Firstly three entrances? Why – The one garage with the weird couches akin to a frat boy hangout! 🍻 – horrible flow, small rooms, yeah no!! Not worth the asking price!
78 million and it is small 💀
Lacks coziness, small kitchen, basically no garage… imagine having 78m to spend on a "mega-mansion" and you can't do a supercar trip with your friends to it because it only stores 3 cars as it is or less..
With that kitchen, living and dining room, it isn't even inviting for families.
Adding the insanity of having 5 or 6 floors to walk and stair around plus not a lot of space separating you from the neighbors and lack of a view, I personally rank this house pretty low for the value.
Another incredible property. Enes one thing that make never want to miss your production is the fact that you have the right vocabulary to describe everything in detail. Designs, materials, functionalities etc. Fantastic production
A cool house on the road behind this one (165 Forest Rd) finally sold for $33M last month after being initially listed for $45M in 2020. That brought the cost down to $3750 per sq ft. That rate would make this house $56.25M. At $4000 per sq ft it would sell for $60M. This one is currently listed at $5170 per sq ft. I honestly liked all the finishes but it feels slightly compact even though it's huge. So many kitchens haha. Even so, eleven bedrooms in a world class ski resort town is impressive. I think if they're lucky it'll eventually sell at close to or just over $60M but it may take a while.
LMAO @ 11:23 "Quaint ski town"…. There ain't NOTHING quaint about Veil 😂😂😂
Can’t wait for Arvin to hate on this 😁
Wow, blow me away so many times. In this episode, you introduced your custom-made suite, by Loro Piana fabric was fabulous!
to many coziness es
The price is a statement – not the house! 😄😄😄
Watch a movie in the Jacuzzi – smoke Ls while ya do me 🔥
fascinating property. Thanks, Enes and partner.
Another house that looks like nobody lives there.
Horror movie Have Same Like Homes 😂😢
Back to Colorado after two years. Please do more rocky mountain home tours
Enez, amazing presentation as usual.
$78 million dollars with the worst entrance space I’ve ever seen.
Only 2 minutes in and I’m already suspicious about the developers thought process.
Wow, who the hell thought walking straight from a crappy entrance into a kitchenette was a good idea, the garage with couches and a fancy live edge bench top.
Another overpriced poorly designed house valued by a crackhead.
Fan from Myanmar
29 million and I"m being very generous . . . no ski in and ski out . . . for 78 Million . . . I rather be in Red Mountain in Aspen or Courchevel 1850 . . . Enes . . . You're at a level where you should be very selective . . . Terrible Condo style home . . .
