8:42 Complete misinformation. Nitrogen narcosis only affects scuba divers who are breathing in compressed air. It does not affect free divers because they are not inhaling any compressed gas. You need some fact-checkers before publishing this nonsense.

It's not an extreme or dangerous sport. If done properly (with a certified buddy) it's safe, relaxing, and amazing!
