In this episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, host Guy Fieri visits a beachside barbecue spot that has been serving up delicious dishes since 2010. Known for their extra-sweet ribs coated in brown sugar and tupelo honey, this BBQ joint is back and better than ever. However, the real star of the show is their newest menu addition: the killer Pastrami Sandwich.
To recreate this heavenly Pastrami Sandwich at home, you will need the following ingredients:
– Sliced pastrami
– Rye bread
– Swiss cheese
– Sauerkraut
– Russian dressing
Instructions:
1. Start by toasting the rye bread until it is golden brown and crisp.
2. Layer the sliced pastrami on the bottom slice of the toasted bread.
3. Top the pastrami with a generous amount of sauerkraut.
4. Place a few slices of Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut.
5. Drizzle Russian dressing over the Swiss cheese.
6. Close the sandwich with the remaining slice of toasted rye bread.
This recipe is a true crowd-pleaser and is perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch or dinner. The combination of tender pastrami, tangy sauerkraut, melty Swiss cheese, and creamy Russian dressing is simply irresistible.
Whether you’re a fan of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives or just looking for a new sandwich recipe to try, this Pastrami Sandwich is sure to become a household favorite. Enjoy!

@jasonspurley492 Did you graduate High School? 🧐
Irish spots have the BEST reubens!!! You can’t even compare a bbq joint “reuben” to an authentic Irish pub reuben. Just a false copycat! People like it because they don’t know what the real deal is all about!!
I live to far
Guy come to my place in montana. Montana doesn't have a barbeque heritage, but we have the best beef.
Just wanted to say to everyone reading this that Jesus loves you and He wants to give you eternal life today.
If you want to accept Jesus in your life please say the repeat the following:
Romans 10:9 NIV
[9] I declare with my mouth, “Jesus Christ is Lord,” and I believe in my heart that God raised him from the dead. Lord I repent of my sins and past ways and from this day forward I choose you, come and be my guide and lead me into a life that leads to eternal life. In Jesus name, Amen."
Congratulations and welcome to the Kingdom of God. Heaven is rejoicing over you. You are now saved. Please take the next step and get to know God through bible reading, prayer and, worship. Additionally find a church home and grow in the faith. Thank you brethren.
Something tells me that 1) those ribs with 2 gallons of honey and 5 lbs of brown sugar is instant diabetes and 2) that kids hat was found on the road in front of the restaurant ran over a dozen times. That hat is hideous, fugly! If Guinness had a record for ugliest hat, that hat would never be dethroned!
I keep seeing all this delicious food and I feel like I was born in the wrong country 😋
If people saw how those pigs were slaughtered before they went into the smoker they would never be able to eat this.
Didn't know the singer of lamb of god had glasses and cooked bbq
You see!? These types of shows are everything. USA needs another Jack Kerouac in a show…. it makes you really wanna visit.
I love a Reuben, my favorite is Izzys in Cincinnati.
Only the good places burn…
Southern Soul is an absolute destination restaurant… St Simons isn't exactly on the main drag, so it takes effort to get there, but it's worth the half hour diversion from the 95. If you're lucky to be there in meatloaf day, thank me later
All of that looks screaming!!! I want to go there now.
Wish you were closer 🙏🇺🇸❤️
