I am DELIGHTED with this cookie! Delicious, Quick crumbly cookie đŸȘ

Ingredients:
– Butter – 115g
– Salt – a pinch
– Sugar – 120g
– Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
– Sour cream – 150g
– Egg – 1
– Flour – 420g
– Baking powder – 15g

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15-20 minutes
