Syrian and Russian forces have escalated air attacks in Idlib city and positions in Aleppo as they attempt to slow the advance of opposition fighters, according to a recent video report. Led by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), a coalition of Syrian opposition groups has made significant progress in pushing back against government forces. However, their advance has somewhat slowed in the past 24 hours as Syrian and Russian jets have intensified their bombardment of key areas.
