They built a wooden shack in the style of a motel in an urban area and want 42 million for it. Yeah, good luck.
I Just WISHHH i would ever have a chance at doing to Romantical elements to these modern Bland colored homes…wouldnt some giant Conferate Rose Bouquets and or Lilac swag archs be just Devine aline w some Vintage romance art and paintings here and there. Not too many, just enough to make a Cozy enviroment. Now days houses look and feel more like a Hotel not a real home honestly. 👵👌 Traditional Grandma huh. Lol 🙏🥰✌️
I’m all for capitalism – I’m actively trying to figure out the money glitch. However, how can any one family (even extended) need a massive home such as this. Huge waste of resources, both in terms of materials and man hours. Jeez. But cudos to anyone who can afford this. You can probably tell that I’m really conflicted about this home….
Aerial shot at night makes me wonder if it's in a bad location.
This is a Hotel!
Enes, loved watching this tour! I’m still renting but so many bits from your videos are on my Pinterest board!
This house reminds me of another house you've reviewed a few years ago i think it was 20million dollars
That warm feeling brought by those beautiful woods loving it❤
I love Enes videos, the best so far. I have a suggestion, can you tell us if the price includes the furniture, wall decorations, and kitchen silverware? In essence, just move in and use the space.
$42 Mil…….L-oh-effing-L. Crackhead pricing/Money laundering/What every you call it, it's just plain dumb.
Exceptional tour and tour quality as always by Enes and the team. Always appreciate the passion and the “in-depth” knowledge that you provide in these tours. In regard to the home itself, I feel like I want to like it more than I actually like it. The $42 million price tag seems exceptionally steep for a property that mainly only has views of its own courtyards. While I appreciated a lot of the palette choices of the interior design, I didn’t understand a lot of the dynamics. TV areas where the seating was facing the wrong way? A formal dining room that is so disconnected from the other areas of the home that it required building an additional kitchen to service it? Steam showers that are larger than the office and the tiny living area that services some of the guest rooms? I also wonder how much of the square footage is occupied by hallways. I think that at $42 million, the house should be near perfection, and I’m just seeing a lot of flaws and layout issues. Even some of the bathrooms seemed to lack counter space—and the staircases to me seemed very big and bulky. They didn’t look minimalist to me at all—they looked like old concrete commercial staircases that you see in federal buildings that were just made of wood in this application. It also seemed to me that one of the trees in the front of the property was growing and almost leaning towards the home. Again—beautiful tour, a very nice home—-but that just seems like a very ambitious asking price. I hope the owner gets it, but I wouldn’t bet on it.
This whole mansion is just hallways and sitting areas. I don't think Ive seen Enes walk this much. 40+ Mil Bruh 🤣
21:46 no way this is safe. They put power outlets directly attached to the kids beds… in an all(most) wood mansion! Bruuuuuuuh🤔
This video truly inspired me❤️As a single parent and retired who overcame addiction,I know the strength it takes just to be here even with $75K biweekly, the real victory is peace and purpose.
valla enes bu iş için yaratılmış gibisin tebriklerrr…
I think this is one of my favourite homes, another brill video
Nice, as in 22MM nice, maybe, not 42MM nice, no way in hell.
This place is absolutely insane 😍 The design, the views, and the attention to detail are next level. Imagine waking up here every day!
Looks like the set of a horror movie. People stumble upon an abandoned mansion with overgrown landscaping and spooky corridors.
Weird twists and turns throughout. Strange additions like a second vanity in the gold bathroom. They will be lucky to get $30 million.
The primary bathroom is so spacious! I really like it 😎
One of the newest and most significant homes just completed in Los Angeles. Excited for this week’s episode. I love the minimalist palette, the layout, and how the property lives and connects with its setting. A unique home only minutes from Ventura Boulevard, the heartbeat of the San Fernando Valley.Curious what you think about the house. It is an ambitious price point, but glad you can experience the space with us.
