What a nice looking woman Patty was. That is the first time I have seen her that young. Yes she is a good Autor, but so where the kids, too. Watching from Germany
This was a very good movie.
Great movie, although very sad in parts. Patty Duke was married to John Astin in real life. I just wonder if they were married during this movie.
I spent quite a bit of my life in and out of hospital, times have changed to where they have play therapy to help children.
A great movie always when Patty Duke is in it
Great movie ❤
Patty Duke always means quality entertainment every time
There is a will that can't be ruled.
The warning is useless when the will of someone is there that can't be ruled. The movie is shown not to go for it. But to make the time to pass in looking to it. ❤………… truly.
GREAT MOVIE. I LOVED PATTY DUKE. ❤
The way they flash from scene to scene in the start gives me aniexty.
Wonderful movie 😢😮😊❤
Really good movie. Patty Duke was so authentic, so real. Audiences not just love her work as an actor, but love her because she shines through every character she plays. Rest in peace, Dear Patty, you will never be forgotten.
The older girl played Marybeth on the Waltons. 🩵

The teacher is not unprepared
They don't allow her to do what
She want.to do
That nurse say she is there 15 years so she don't want the Teacher there
You have to watch because.Parents.must know.the children need their parents it's a great movie
My first time watching, what a gem of a movie. A true "feelings" watch that is missing in this world today. Thank you for sharing 🙏
Very sad but very well acted by All
This is one I've never seen b4. I love all Patti Duke movies! To think appendicitis took her from us! Almost unheard of these days! RIP! 😻😻
Sick children are just like any other children. They welcome a connection with adults if that connection is made effectively. Sick children have issues but that issues must be addressed with understanding and patience. Sometimes children are testing adults just to see if adults behave just like they perceive them to behave or children are touched by adults’ responses
Ghetto kid?? Kinda racist
Why is the teacher so unprepared? She act like she didn't realize the children were sick.
Just a quick warning to anyone who had a serious injury or illness as a child. Do NOT watch. It will bring back too many painful memories.
Patty Duke played a troubled child, Helen Keller in that great film The Miracle Worker with Anne
Bancroft . When it was remade, Patty Duke took the adult teacher role. Garnered her an Oscar. Sadly missed.
Great but sad movie
A quick Google search states that they were married between 1972 and 1985. The film was made in 1974 so your answer is yes, they were married at the time.
Are patty Duke and John Astin married in real life during the filming of this movie
A sad yet great movie .thanks 🦘🇦🇺
