Hard times create strong woman
It is as true as the sunrise
Seeing how the hotel staff and police handled the incident unprofessionally makes me think that I would never want to visit this country.
The hotel helped
Yusen and Paul were so sweet, all of the helpers give me faith in humanity. Especially wonderful to see that in a country where women are not always kindly treated. Very nice! ❤
Iraq ? 🤮🤮 not only they gonna steal ur bike , the police wont show up , and the locals are insane , yhey stole my luggage and the police showed up and they ask me to teach them how to play guiter 😅 its a war zone , third world country .

We apologize to you for what happened to you in our country. Certainly there are bad people and good people in every country in the world. There is no country free of bad people. I repeat my apologies and I hope that you enjoyed your trip to our beautiful country.
muslims always carry on saying there is no thieves or gays in the Islamic lands…
yeah right…also those people arent used to seeing women being so intelligent and independent like yourself
100% its an inside job. Hotel staff were very obvious.
Welcome to real middle east then . . . You will have more attracion then Turkiye, in that Locations. You are lucky up to now, like alice in wonderland. Good luck and be more carefull . Think twice for every movement. P.S. :Buy a long chain and padlock
My sister Arab countries have no confidence in her. And don't wish anyone to laugh at you
How do these people work in the hotel and speak only Arabic?
So now you understand why there is no progress in this trash dumpster of a country after thousands of years 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ more than likely the police were involved in it. The shop owner was involved in it, and the hotel was involved in it. They work as a team over there and they will lie for each other. I have traveled extensively and most of the time when something is stolen, they are all working together!💁♂️💁♂️💁♂️💁♂️
The first thing coming to my mind when I saw you talking about your bike theft was chaotic and you did manage to get it back.
Mr Robert Pirsig would be mightily impressed
So sorry to hear your bike was stolen and damaged like that. Just lucky it wasn't in the UK – they'd have arrested you for something – if they bothered coming at all. And these Iraqi lads speak better English than some of them. Best wishes on your travels and well done 🙂
The probable reason they cut your wiring loom is because a number of older bikes had a short circuit activated by the key to switch them off, so by cutting the cable they can be started – I had a couple stolen and retrieved (when I was young and naive) and the wires were always cut but they had never managed to start them. This idea lingered. Daft really, as there's a much easier way to start them which I won't make public: But then petite thieves are no often too bright. I don't know whether any more recent bikes have a similar system, but i doubt it. The only good news is it's usually just a job of soldering the wires back together if they haven't yanked them too much. Invest in a disk-lock with a tamper alarm, young lady, though perhaps you already had one? To stop the engine without an off switch just stall it – drop the clutch in say 3rd gear with no throttle.
Motosikleti çalan kendileri hırsızlara haber verende kendileri kahretsin
Wow, you really got lucky on getting your bike back.
just for drama 👉 👏👏👏👏👏
Hi , i think these robbers wanted you stay day more there, the most important is you're fine
I admire this lady for how she remained calm and got her bike back as well as repaired it. In a strange land. But as always, the Arab hospitality was there to assist her as she progressed. Well done guys!
Why would you even want to visit Iraq or Iran?
Who goes there?

Think yourself lucky . If you were from the USA they sure would have kept you to swap for some of their guys arrested in the states.
I am sure, the hotel staff were involved. If you didn’t have the tags, it’s gone, case closed.
Use the Hotel name and if you can find it on google map negtive comment can teach a lesson to the Hotel on how to act.
Police are reluctant…thieves
why didn't you call the police
You will always safe in Africa
Why don't you visit my country Bhutan. You are totally safe. I know you'll enjoy the ride.
I think that your best and the most secure experience was in Morocco
Tip neem een verlengstuk op je ratel dat scheelt zoveel gekut
It is very shameful and disgraceful to steal a woman. It is a sad thing to happen in an Arab country like Iraq. Even the Islamic religion forbids such acts, but these thieves have nothing to do with religion or human values at all.
Motosikletiniz bulduğun için çok sevindim. Onu tamir etmeniz etkileyici çok başarılısınız tebrikler Türkiye den selamlar ❤
I wouldn't be surprised at all if the hotel guys were in on it. Me and a couple of friends were staying in a hotel in Quetta Pakistan. It's a city near the border of Iran. I was looking out of my room's window when I saw the guy who worked at my hotel's front desk jumping on my bike and riding away. I went down and after half an hour he walked back to the hotel. He denied knowing anything about my bike. I called the police. The police came and talked to him and then arrested me. I ended up in jail which was a very scary and different than any jail I've seen on TV or movies. I had to apologize, beg and plead so they let me go. Later I heard that the guy's brother is a policeman too. Before that, the thief was always so nice and friendly with us. We even invited him to have lunch with us a couple days before the incident.
We had a terrible time in that town. Easily the most unsafe I've ever felt in my life. One of our friends (a younger guy) almost got kidnapped and we had to risk getting shot to literally get him out of a restaurant where he had gone to eat and they weren't letting him out. Believe it or not there were a few guys there who were interested at him sexually!!!! At first they had offered him food and asked him to go party with them. He first thought they were just friendly since they were young guys too and when he had realized things had gotten tense quickly.
NEVER LOSE YOUR COOL behind Noraly in the ad on the beveridge machine ! 🧡

Sorry about that itchyboot. Whether or not the hotel personnel where involve in the act, I guess, there was an insider otherwise, how would someone be able to move such gigantic moto from the enviroment without any intervention or suspect from the security team.
I will advice you look for a big chain and always chain it to a static rod whenever you intend to spend much time away from the parking point.
Unfortunately, gps tracking is not sufficient. Their intention was to drag the moto to safe zone where they can piece it into various parts.
By dismantling the batteries and other electronics component which are traceable by the police.

-wordpresguy-from RomeGoing to these countries, you were looking for troubles, you just found them!
Blame yourself.
Having been in that country for the last 19 years, you have been lucky…

I have a TW 200 that also is electric start, but it has the upgrade or extra kickstart🎉
I always knew that was the best upgrade to have on it
Next time get it fixed at a bike shop. It probably would not cost much.
5:55 btw you forgot to tie your shoelaces 😅
