The Bank of China tower was built back in 1990 but looks as modern and cutting edge as any new ones now. A testament to its great architecture
6:10 Used to be the second busiest McDonald's in the world (after Moscow). Now that McDonald's suspended all operations in Russia this one here could become the busiest in the world…
really exciting location.
West Kowloon area is a nice place to walk!
Hi , long time watcher here , really enjoying your Hong Kong series . Was just wondering how do elderly or disabled get across the bridge / cross walk in the Central kong ? I hope theirs lifts because to me it does not look accessible to people that are disabled like myself . But all in all great video and insight of life in Hong Kong !
As I know, the Bank of China used to be a symbol of Hong Kong landmark before, but don’t know if it still a symbolic landmark now.
There are a lot of changes Not just for Hong Kong and China, but also in New York City, Downtown Brooklyn.
You can’t imagine that why Brooklyn style gentrification is until the government rezoning the formal industrial complex after tens of businesses moved out of New York City.
Hong Kong on the other hands were suffering a lot of political changes after the Mainland China take over.
❤
Thank you Ak ! We couldn’t go to H K 🎉✨
A very good video here at the bank of Hong Kong in China and it did already found it in 1960s man would’ve been a very good life. If you got out of the train by now it would’ve been better. Thank you for sharing entire video AK😎👍!!
😮 I was hoping someone would help the elder woman, walking her luggage bag up the stairs. By herself. In my world, elders are important. 😊 you should help. Or ask first.
When are you going to mainland Chinese cities. Those are more modern and impressive
You have completely missed out on lots of art collections while at The Henderson as it is the new architectural landmark in HK designed by the late great Zaha Hadid
57:05 Nice to see Santa Monica has a presence in Hong Kong. 😁 It was neat to see Hong Kong's financial district. However, the Central–Mid-Levels Escalator attraction/adventure was the highlight of this video. 🤩 Thank you for sharing this walk and experience, AK! 🤗
20:08 looks like a bunch of beer cans stacked on top of each other
