Conservative activist Robby Starbuck has been making waves in the business world by targeting some of America’s biggest companies and pushing them to change or abandon their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and LGBTQ policies. In a recent video titled “The Anti-‘Woke’ Activist Targeting America’s Biggest Companies” by the Wall Street Journal, Starbuck claims to have successfully influenced 15 public companies, including Walmart, Toyota, Lowe’s, and Harley-Davidson, to make changes to their policies.
Starbuck’s activism is rooted in his family’s Cuban history and his campaigns are driven by his strong belief that public companies should denounce their DEI policies. Despite facing criticism, Starbuck and his small team conduct in-depth investigations and launch social media blitzes to bring attention to their causes.
In an interview with WSJ, Starbuck discusses his motivations, background, and early campaigns. He also shares insights into his activist playbook and reveals which companies are his newest targets. The video goes behind the scenes to show how Starbuck and his team conduct their work and tackle the challenges they face in their campaigns.
Critics have accused Starbuck of being divisive and aggressive in his approach, but he remains steadfast in his mission to hold companies accountable for their DEI and LGBTQ policies. Through his activism, Starbuck has sparked important conversations about the role of businesses in shaping social issues and the impact of corporate policies on society.
Overall, Starbuck’s actions highlight the power of individual activism in influencing corporate decisions and driving change in the business world. Whether you agree with his methods or not, it is undeniable that Starbuck’s campaigns have had a significant impact on some of America’s most prominent companies.

Understandable, it went too far
DEI should start at grade school and ensuring all children get equal education regardless of income so that they grow up to become more productive members of society (equality of opportunity)
Not in the job market where employees are chosen by quotas instead of merit so that they can on paper say they are solving inequality with whole new unproductive departments with underpaid staff
(Equality of outcome)
I saw this dude on Jordan Peterson. Complete clown who's simply in favor of cancel culture and gets triggered by facts – hence why he attempts to dismiss data that contradicts his regressive agenda by claiming that statistics are simply lies.

DEI- didn’t earn it
They built an entire industry on being “antiwoke” (books, podcasts, tv shows, etc…) and yet they act like they are a minority facing discrimination. And people buy that bs LOL
What a terrible human being.
DEI=Destroy Every Industry
I think it's a great thing to expose wokeness aka corporate hypocrisy! Thanks for shedding some light into it! Wokeness like Tesla claiming to be LGBT friendly, but the CEO Elon abandoning his trans kids Or Tesla removing environmental targets after some shareholders pointing out that Tesla is drifting away
Anti-Woke is the most woke thing to ever wake pushed by polititions who don't know where the term comes from. Black little mermaid is not an attack on whiteness and drag queens dont want to brain wash kids. THAT is the biggest woke conspiracy since Bush orchestrating 911.
Great job Mr. Starbuck! Fight the fight. 💪🏼💪🏼🇺🇸
He should be in jail
Wahhh-wahhhh-wahh all I am hearing is a cry baby who didn’t get enough attention.
The term woke was high jacked as a code to show prejudice without flat out saying it. If a company wants to tap a demographic for profit let them. Thats capatlism. Stopping a budweiser add thats not for you because you are uncomfortable is as Socialst and Commi as it gets.
Does he not see the contradiction? He claims to be telling people about something they don't know but also claims these companies are doing it to avoid appearing racist. If no one knows about it how does that work exactly?
He is so offensive on the eyes even more than on the ears.
DEI should be banned. This guy is a hero.
Since DEI is ban in FL, hate crime and social racist attack is up 300%.
Fact that Neo-Nazis are openly supporting Starbuck should be on your report.
This guy is insane. He should seek help
Som1 need to make a documentary on how the WSJ enabled Woke for too long!
Kudos to this man and anyone who fights against racism and inequality.
Oh no! I was just about to start identifying as a usb cable in order to get a job. This guy is ruining lives.
They are doing amazing work! Keep it going
Good. Corporations should be non-controversial. Just make your products and don't support political agendas.
Who?
He’s exposing that these companies don’t actually believe any of this stuff, they’re just doing it because they think it makes them look good.
Same companies that brag about DEI initiatives would never dare to do that in countries where LGBT people are actually oppressed like the Middle East or China.
Ironic that a Cuban immigrant wants to shut down inclusion efforts. Must help his case the he is so light-skinned and white passing.
Notice that unlike the woke left he is willing to speak with the companies and does not charge unlike BLM and Al Sharpton, just to name a few.
The man has a plan. He does his homework through thorough research and knows of what he speaks. There is an alpha level ability to communicate and he knows his way around media. He's a winner.
Everyone is tired of this forced "inclusion", not just him
I don't see how sponsoring pride events and donating to people in need is hurting anyone.
Not all heroes wear capes
Do people really care this much about this?
Corporate America drew back from DEI. The upheaval isn’t over: https://on.wsj.com/4aeGGrx
