Very unusual that the military did not know airport flight plans
Air traffic controllers towers fault for being put to do two things at the same time. When the job was to do one thing and they should have had somebody doing the other job. This is what happens when employers or people in charge put their staff to do multiple jobs at once. It delays and did cause a disastrous crash. Now the airline wants to blame the chopper so they don’t get sued. It clear that the call to the jet was to change its position of course to land on another runway, precisely during the chopper being radioed, that’s why there was no response 30 seconds later. Because of the delay in calls from the tower.
