I want to visit Cappadocia someday. Looks incredible
I would love to know what hotel that is Gabriel.
brilliant Gabe amazing place and going to visit…your channel inspires me for new destinations and travel ideas
Amazing hotel….great town to visit when in Turkey…
I first visited Cappadocia in '86, and just as amazing Nemrut Dagi for the ancient statues.
Very clean, no stray dogs yet
My favorite area in all the world is Northern Med from France to Turkey, including going up the Aegean Sea. Cappadocia is a must for Turkey. Maybe the true Garden of Eden?
Thank you Gabriel that was one of favorite video and love the cave. Turkey look so interested. I love traveler the world with you. Take care Betty Jean
Was there in 1983 Glad I went then when it wasn’t so developed. But it must still be awesome. There was a small town that made “ unbreakable “ pottery and not once seen a you tuber find or mention it.
I beat you to Cappadocia by 10 months, I was there in February 2009! Just before I arrived they'd had very heavy snow, literally about 12 inches had fallen. It had stopped snowing by the time I arrived, and the skies were a clear and vibrant blue the whole time I was there. It was still incredibly cold (so I beg to differ about them not having bitter winters 😆), meaning the snow didn't budge either. The combination of the stunning landscapes, the thick snow, and the vibrant skies made for a magnificent trip and some stunning photos, especially from a hot air balloon!
I stayed in the hotel right next to that first Fairy Chimney you stopped to look at. Back then, it was called the Pasha Han Hotel (I don’t know whether it still is), and I was their only guest at the time! That place opposite, with all the carpets hanging outside (an old Caravanserai) belonged to the same family as the hotel, and I was often invited in to the shop to share Turkish coffee, wine and Pide with the family. As a thank-you for their hospitality, I bought an antique Turkish wedding headdress from the shop, that I still have on display in my living room to this day. Happy times, happy memories! 😊
Αν σκεφτείς ότι είναι χτισμένη από Έλληνες και εκεί ήταν πατρογονικά Ελληνική,σαν να είσαι πάλι στην Ελλάδα ❤

The earliest findings in Cappadocia region are from the Hittites 12c BC and the Phrygians,in 8-7th cBC the earliest.Phrygian are a mix of Greek with elements of Armenian language.Have a nice and enjoyable stay there!

An amazing place, has been on my bucket list for awhile! Would love to see a video about last minute deals as you mentioned. I had just been wondering if you don't use AirBnB because you don't stay long enough in a place. Thanks, Gabriel. I appreciate your videos a lot:)
Truly Amazing Place I Do Believe!
Wow…I really really liked this video! It really is a magical place and I’d love to visit one day. The tour of the impromptu hotel was really cool!
Hoo Doos
Gabe i just realized why I'm bored to tears with your vlogs Nobody in them except you narating someplace we all saw you in (no people populate your world)
When you gave the ‘tour’ of the hotel & its pigeon room… you finally went into Harald Balder Highroller Mode!
The sign you saw showing JANDARMA..
That is actually one of Turkey’s military units kind of similar to police.
Why do the pigeons no longer roost in the structures carved for them here and in Greece? Has the climate changed? Are pigeons still around?
I went there in 2008.
Another world indeeds..
HOW COULD YOU NOT CHECK OUT HAUNTED CAPPADOCIA ? 😂 🤣😂 YOU NEED TO GO INTO HARALD BALDR MODE AND TAKE US INSIDE SOME OF THE SHOPPES THERE. ARE YOU GOING TO DO THE HOT AIR BALLOON GABE ? GREAT VLOG OVERALL.
What about water and food for these places? It looks like a really dry country with not a lot of garden or grazing possibilities. I wondered that about the Greek islands as well.
Gabriel, you say why you keep going back to Cappadocia. I say why wouldn't you. 😊 We have an opal mining town in Australia called Coober Pedy, where people live underground due to the hot temperatures in the summer. There us an underground church and hotel there.
Wow! Such a cool place! I loved this video. ❤️
Is it written anywhere the names of who was buried in those graves and where are the bodies??
Wow.. Secret Hill Cave Suites.
I love Istanbul and when I was there the last time with my sibling, she wanted us to fly to Cappadocia for the hot air balloon sh*t which I’m not into. Had I known a pretty town like this was nearby, I would’ve happily obliged. Thanks for sharing. Next time!
When I was in Cappadocia I was filming with gopro while wandering around the caves in the valley. At one point I thought hmm Gabriel would really love exploring these abandoned caves too, it’s his kind of thing. I’m so glad you have been doing exactly just that.
20:13: The poster was displaying the winning entries of a drawing competition held for high school kids commemorating the 100 year anniversary on the theme (tema) of Cumhuriyet (the Republic), Güvenlik (Security forces I guess) and Jandarma (the Police). Jandarma actually derives from the French word gendarme, meaning police.

How much was the tour ?
Great vlog! Such an interesting countryside and that was a very cool restaurant at the end. Thanks for sharing and safe travels!
Hi Gabriel. A net message from Craig the GabrielTraveler fan, remembering the previous Cappadocia films. Your X was still in bed so you greeted the day for yourself.
Fairy towers. Weren't they called Big N*bs?
Food to die for! this time around.
You stay in on full moons incase you turn into a wearwolf. Nice pad!
Nice place Cappadocia. Hi to all the Rumlar.
Wow, I hope my health holds out so I can see this place and Turkey in general, (my Mom's favorite country), before I die.
You need to visit Black Sea coast region of Turkey. The mountains and greenery there is second to none.
By far the best travel channel of today..I would say best ever but nobody competes with Mr. Steves.
Incredible!
Gabe… do you prefer Cappadokia over those amazing Greek lands you frequent?
Such amazing and interesting places, you take your followers to, thanks Gabriel from those who can't travel cheers.
I’ve seen your other videos. That hotel was AMAZING!
