In June 1992, masked thieves robbed a bank in Seattle in broad daylight. This daring robbery marked the beginning of a wave of violence that would last four years. The bandits refined their technique with each new robbery. They leave few clues and make off with hundreds of thousands of dollars. The more violent they become, the greater the public pressure to stop them. The FBI agents force fate a little to stop the armed and desperate fugitives.
