Dr. Berg – I started watching your videos about 10 years ago, before you had 100k subscribers. The things you were saying were so much in line with what I was learning about my own body and NOW this! Your DNA list could be mine. I'm a year younger than you and definitely feel better than when I was in my 30's. I remember feeling like I had the flu at the end of the day, while I had 3 little children. I ate pb&j's (on the best bread, back then), loved hot cocoa etc. But it started to occur to me that I must have a sugar issue which wasn't a well documented thing on the internet yet, and dr's of course didn't think so – it was just stress. Once I gave up sugar, flours, pastas, etc – thanks to reading about the atkins diet in 2003 (which was a life saver for many and the original keto) I lost 80 lbs (eating mostly salmon, eggs and veggies) and the pain stopped. I also learned what a miserable marriage I'd been in and got out of it! 😄 No one gets it – and say "but this is organic" or you're so picky!

My dad was on 8 meds and we'll overweight. He had a strike and is in a home. For 4 years my sister had him in Iowa, and his health got worse and it cost 10k a month.
2 uears ago he moved to Mexico with me. We now pay 3k a month and his weight is down to a good weight. We took him off 6 meds and his blood pressure and blood sugar are both perfect now. Something he has not seen for years. All because of a change of diet and environment. We live by the ocean and have fresh air, healthy water.
We drink raw milk and my kids love it.

8:10 that sounds alot like me. I have struggled on and of with inflamation in my feet, arms, shoulders, neck and lower back from 2008 and it pops up and disapear in a pattern that is impossible to get hold of. It feels like hell.
