Уважаемая Азиза! У меня Вам совет. При смазывании выпечки не разбавляйте желток молоком! (Молоко даёт матовость выпечке) Лучше добавьте немного воды. Моя бабушка, любила матовую выпечку ( не блестящую) и смазывала просто молоком перед выпечкой. Попробуйте и Ваша выпечка сверху будет красивого цвета и блестящая.
