Oh dear, they aren't 2 different types of meat, they're 2 different cuts of beef, anyway, to get max soakage of marinade to beef, put cubes, unskewered, into marinade for 1 hr, turn over every 2o mins. or so., Then drain marinade, set aside to boil for basting glaze, and skewer beef for bbq. You're welcome.
Great recipe Jeff Mauro can't wait to make it. Your shrimp is overcooked though.

You can cook at home to save money, but if you drink too much alcohol the money you saved you could have went out to eat. I donβt drink alcohol or smoke too expensive.
