I wish they would stop giving Leto roles.
He is a one trick pony.
music kicks in nicely mid way
This seems like it has potential but then they gave the lead role to Leto, again. Disney just recycles the exact same actors role, after role, after role. Disney needs to understand there other actors out there who are better than the ones they keep recycling and hurting their movies.
Is daft punk doing this soundtrack or nine inch nails
no alan, no sam… no interest
Well, somebody obviously figured out Lora's laser and updated it for 2025, then figured out how to Portal Programs to the "real" world. The name "Ares" is no mistake, they wanted to create an AI Supersoldier for the US military who could be indefinately "recycled", but from this they got something wrong. What can only be a very aged Kevin Flynn/Clu is still alive on the Grid, evidently having survived Reintegration, so when he says a malfunctioning Program which wants to survive is on the loose? You can take it as read that he's not only right in what's happening, he's likely the only one who can offer a fix. My HOPE is that Quorra herself is the answer, so she and Sam Flynn will, if not in the flesh, be a part of the movie…
But I doubt it, somehow. Not from what we are seeing.
Also, why have they cast a man in his 50's as Ares? Let alone Jared Leto, who is odd all on his own? A much younger actor would have made more sense, or at least someone who looks like they could be truly dangerous in a fight. Rinzler was terrifying in combat in "Tron: Legacy", but the actor has refused to return as he is so fed up with the way the film-makers have treated the franchise over the years apparently. Guess that rules out Tron reappearing in any way, which is a real shame.
Guess we'll have to wait and see.
It will be beautiful… and it will be stupid….
I wonder what "genius" plan they have to prevent them from turning on humans.
They waited so long to make this sequel
Yesyesyesyesyes—Bit.
Sweet! Jeff Bridges is in it! I hope Bruce Boxleitner will surprise us all along with Lance Henriksen's voice.
Blockbuster!
A TRON movie for 50 year old Gen Xers seems to be the idea. NIN and Jordan Catalano in one place.
Before you pay to go see this, perhaps google Jared Leto.
Oh, this looks DUMB beyond BELIEF! Disliked!
A audio & visual feast here. Turn your brain off, your speakers up, get in front of the biggest best screen you can find, and soak it up for what it is.
it's so stupid
