How do they turn cheap, toxic ingredients into a highly addictive food? The worst food ingredients often have the following components:
•Devoid of protein
•Create a blood sugar spike
•Artificial flavorings
•MSG
•Manipulated texture
•Good mouth feel
•Bliss point
•Signals the release of dopamine
•Pleasure when eating
Avoid the following toxic ingredients, often found in ultra-processed foods.
1. Trans fats
Some foods still contain trans fats. This ingredient is even worse when combined with refined carbohydrates.
2. High fructose corn syrup
This synthetic sugar goes straight to the liver, contributing to a fatty liver and insulin resistance. Sweet drinks made with alcohol cause significant liver damage and affect the brain, nervous system, and heart. Seed oils exacerbate this problem.
3. Sodium nitrate

9. Potassium bromate

It's like the way parents hide the vegetables in food for kids to eat, companies hide their "naughty" ingredients for everyone to eat.
Oof, I am “most people” and eat junk food nearly every day and definitely at least once a week… I’ve been eating 2-3 Oreo cookies every day for the past week as a snack and we order from a restaurant like In-N-Out, The Habit, Chipotle, or Taco Bell once a week. 😅
Whole foods with herbs is delicious.
I stopped eating seed oils and artificial ingredients and in less than a week my daily fits of anxiety and nightly restlessness that I’ve had my entire life went away. Our food is POISON.

I have been on the carnivore diet for almost two years. I used to be a sugar addict. I ate donuts, cookies, cake, candy, ice cream, soda, bread… and I was a baker!! Cheesecake is my speciality. I was becoming more and more unwell, that is what led to me going carnivore. What is crazy is that even though it's been this long, I STILL crave all of those foods. Even hearing Dr. Berg talk about doritos reminds me of all of the time I would eat chips. Food/sugar addiction is real!!
I’ve never understood the logic of packing edible liquids in plastic. It’s a well known scientific fact that wood pressed seed oils are the only seed oils worth consuming with a caveat, they have a shelf life life of not more than six months in a tropical climate and only when stored properly in glass or inert metal containers.
Thank you Dr. Berg. I don't know from where my mom got her information, but she taught me much of this years ago. She lived to 102 with no cancer, no diabetes, no high blood pressure, never any serious health issues.

i know a statistician. he used to work for a major food company in the food science department. he developed studies to determine what the best end product will be. if people knew how much effort went into developing food products they would be unsettled.
This is all ON PURPOSE. Feed people poison & addictive chemicals. Go to doctor, get scrip to counter problen. Now, you are a customer for LIFE! Its ALL tied together.
They have been Feeding us toxins and poisons, it was all by design. This is why I do not indulge in gluttony. Fasting is the only key to rid the body of toxins n chemicals in the body n its free.

Even if you ask a Chinese restaurant if they put MSG in their food, they may tell you NO. But what they don't tell you, is that the canned sauces that they use, come pre loaded with MSG. So you are getting them anyway.
